Complaint
I posted my cheque for an oil delivery on 6/7/23sending it to the Nunn Brook Rd depot as I have always done. A few days later I received a letter saying I had not paid. I rang the depot and was told the cheque has been received and to “forget”the letter.
A second letter came threatening legal proceedings. I rang the credit office and again was told the cheque had been received
Not a way to treat a long standing customer, the letters were most distressing.

Highly recommended
We’ve been using NWF for years for both businesses and also our heating oil. We always ring round but very rarely beaten on price! Very friendly and courteous staff and the drivers are too!

We have an account with NWF which I pay…
We have an account with NWF which I pay every month. When I need fuel I just ring place my order and within a few days I have my fuel. They leave a receipt of how much oil I have had, then I get a bill with the cost very efficient

Usual excellent service
Usual excellent service, except this time having pre paid,but over paid due to the tank not taking as much oil as I'd estimated a had to chase for the difference to be refunded, NFW wanted it to sit on account dispite making me pay upfront because I make a tank of oil last 2-3 years!

Excellent
This was the first time we had used NWF Fuels for heating oil supply - it was very easy to create an account and order fuel at a discounted price - via a very helpful friendly gentleman on the phone.
Delivery was a day earlier than anticipated but we had been informed of the update via email/text, plus the lorry driver was very friendly- will use again
