Very good service for delivery
Very good service for delivery, happened on time, even though we all needed to be out. Been a customer of NWF since 1974, never been disappointed.
Only one downcheck, happens every delivery, NWF issue their invoice on the day of delivery, but it takes a week or more to arrive for payment, so it looks as if we are in default.

Firstly my father COLIN died in…
Firstly my father COLIN died in December 2016 and we are still getting emails and correspondence addressed to him after repeatedly notifying you so that is distressing. Secondly we paid for the fox meter so that the tank would never run dry and since then it ran dry three times totally useless. Getting it set up was problematic and its never worked and we paid extra money for the service and ended up without heating during the winter in a house where my mother was living in her eighties and feels the cold she had to go without heating for weeks. We have had nothing but problems. The reason i have dealt with you is because mum and dad used to use you so we just continued.

Firstly I am sorry to hear about your experience with NWF Fuels. We will investigate any issues you've encountered and a member of the team will be in touch to see if we can make amends.
I can see a colleague had previously changed the name of the account on the Sales system. It looks like this hasn't automatically updated our other systems which I have now rectified.
The OilFox can be professionally installed. It might be that it needs recalibrating to accurately measure the oil levels. If you would like us to arrange this please email feedback@nwffuels.co.uk.
I am sorry to hear this has left your mother without heating. I understand one of the team did visit with emergency run out packs several times to keep the tank topped up until the fuel delivery arrived - hopefully this limited any time without heating.
I trust the steps we are making will go some way to reconcile any grievances.
