I’d had my eye on a lovely Rolex Cellini for quite a while, then very narrowly missed out on purchasing it when the price was reduced.
I messaged the shop, asking to keep me in mind if they ever had anything similar back in, or if for whatever reason the sale fell through to get in touch.
A week later I had a lovely message from Giles informing me that the watch was not suitable for the original buyer and was I still interested? I agreed and within a week the watch was returned and re delivered to me.
I cannot fault in any way the service that I received. I was kept up to date almost daily on what was happening.
When the watch arrived by special next day delivery it was packaged lovely too. I am over the moon with it. It is exactly as described if not better.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Oakleigh Watches in the future.
