What can I say....

Amazing service with phenomenal customer service. On time and efficient, polite and very experienced in what they do. They catered for our prom group of 15 and exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the excellent deal they gave us. I would definitely recommend them and re use them for any future events.

We booked a hummer limo and Rolls Royce Phantom for my sister's wedding. Both the drivers, Imran and Rumon were on time and extremely professional throughout the day. Everyone in the limo had a good time, felt safe and had a smooth journey with Rumon. In the RR, Imran took extra special care in ensuring that the wedding dress doesn't get ruined and my sister feels at ease on her big day. These guys were just superb, have already booked them again for another family wedding!

I used them for my wedding 6 years ago and again recently. And I must say the service is still amazing as it was 6 years ago and the cars are always in tip top condition. The chauffeur was professional and had great local knowledge. He found us an amazing spot to take photos and did not rush us at all. Honestly it's companies like this that make your special day more special. Thank you so much

What a company so reasonably priced and helpful! the driver turned up early which was massive bonus as you stress about these things
Rahel the driver was so nice and friendly he stood on the other side of the road so pictures could be taken and not for him to be in them
My son was absolutely over the moon with the car and how the colour matched so well with his suit! all round great Rahel was and how he went above and beyond to make my son evening better than he could imagine

They left my son and his friends stranded and late for their prom. Didn’t even turn up to pick them up despite several phone calls telling us they were on the way. So let down. Awful company.

The booking was made by another member of our party (Sheila Tannock), it was for 13 boys to take them to their school prom in Tunbridge wells. High rocks on the 26/06. I didn’t make the booking so you won’t know my name! Awful company DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Don’t risk it is all I can genuinely say. Poor communication from the outset and fed a series of stories on the evening from a driver showing up on phone as a different company and with a result of NO LIMO for our boys prom. Bitterly Disappointed is an understatement for 13 young men who had ONE evening to remember and were so excited to ride on a limo to prom. Not only
No limo but the messing about for over 45min with different reasons for lateness meant they were late to prom too! I can understand things go wrong but integrity matters. £50 gesture of goodwill was never going to make it better. Response I got to asking for pick up from event instead was “you didn’t book a return” .

Great service, and extremely top of tier customer service. We used them for my son’s prom and I can’t speak highly enough. The driver was fantastic.

I requested a quote from from OH today for my sons prom. The response was rude from the outset and when I highlighted the advertised prices on their website, the response was "good luck that" and I was blocked without another word.
I suspect that even with a single pickup, this muppet would have still pushed the prices way beyond what was advertised.
** Do yourselves a favour a use a decent and reputable company for your prom needs **

Great experience using this company for my wedding yesterday. I hired 2 limos and a Phantom. They were professional at all times and the female driver gave me a pep talk as I was nearly in tears due to the late arrivals of some of my bridal party. Great price, great drivers. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience, a surprise 21st Birthday, kept a surprise by the driver when confirming destinations.
BYOB is amazing and price is fantastic compared to everything else. White 8 seater limo, absolutely immaculate, couldn’t have asked for a smoother ride, a politer driver and a fantastic time. Have to book for every birthday from now on with how the price is.

We didn’t end up using these services, but booking was easy and stress free and I had to ask for a refund of our deposit and they obliged which was such a relief!
