I bought a 2 and 3 seater in the “Howard” style with vintage tan leather.
By far the nicest sofas I’ve ever had / sat on!

I bought them for my first home I purchased but I have a feeling they will be sticking with me for a long time!

I dealt with this company online as we ordered our three sofa's during the Covid lockdown. The customer service was absolutely excellent. They couldn't do enough for us.

Just one warning - check your sofa's thoroughly after delivery. All three of ours were damaged where they had scraped along the ground at some point. All three were bad enough to return to the company but we didn't spot the damage as we were decorating and left the sofa's wrapped for a month after delivery. By then, it was too late.

Just had 2 x Battersea 3-seater sofas delivered; as we have a long, narrow hallway, we opted for the versions with removable arms to ensure they would fit into our lounge.
Wow! Have to say, the quality is first rate; the sofas look and feel wonderful.
Every aspect of the transaction has been excellent, from my first enquiry to the final delivery and installation.
Each and every member of Old Boot's staff has been friendly, helpful and has communicated in a way that deserves the highest praise; we were kept informed of timescales, and emails were responded to promptly.
Special mention must go to the two delivery guys, Shane and Kev. They were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
All in all, my wife and I are delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend Old Boot Sofas!

We are absolutely thrilled with our Old Boot XL Battersea sofa, covered in a customised blue leather. There was a long lead time, but team kept us informed and delivery was as promised. It is very comfortable & looks lovely - we went for the medium firmness option & the higher foot option.

Good service, polite and helpful. Delivery team very good, and as for the sofa and snuggle chair we ordered 🙂👍 we love them, well made, and very comfortable. Last but not least they look fantastic.

After 12 months of searching for a new sofa, I came across Old Boot Sofas on the internet. We really would have liked to have gone to the store, but lockdown prevented this, so we bit the bullet & ordered a 4 seater Alfie chesterfield in vintage leather online. We were not disappointed! It’s absolutely beautiful & just what we were looking for. It’s really well made & incredibly comfortable. Ordering was easy, we used the free swatch service first. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, even when they anticipated delays on materials which may have held up on time delivery. However, our sofa did arrive on time & it we love it! Just wish I had a bigger lounge so I could buy another one! Definitely recommend. Thank you Old Boot Sofas!

We ordered in November delivery February as promised. Strong sofas with really good quality leather which doesn’t scratch. Really need to praise the delivery drivers too, they noticed before delivering that one of our sofas wasn’t quite right took it back to the workshop then delivered later in the day. Great service

Wonderful firm to deal with. Their furniture arrived on schedule despite covid. The leather and workmanship is superb and I have already recommended them to other people. Also it was a pleasure to have delivery people who were so helpful.

Very pleased with the service and the quality of our Hepburn sofa, would definitley recommend Old Boot sofas.

Ordered 2 Hepburn small seater sofas in industrial charcoal leather with full feather cushions and bespoke matching footstools. The order was slightly delayed but we were kept well informed. We went to the showroom where we met Jenny, who was excellent. The sofas themselves are just beautiful and so well made and comfortable. A big shout out to the two delivery guys who were amazing. Don't look elsewhere use this company you won't be disappointed - just factor in they may take a little longer as they really are hand made.

Ordered in October and had to wait till February for delivery, but it was worth the wait.
All contact with Old Boot has been very professional and helpful.
Sofas are extremely comfy and supportive. They are also extremely well made.
We have a young dog and every now and again he has a mad 5 minutes and so far they are holding up to his claws very well (thankfully). We went for hobnail leather. Will be back to get some cushions when we decide on a colour.

Most comfortable sofa I’ve ever owned. We went for the foam with a feather padding and its perfect. Lovely mustard colour, quality velvet, sturdy and elegant. The only reason I’ve put four stars rather than five is because we had to wait longer than first stated. But it was worth waiting for. About to order another.

I ordered 2 of the Hepburn velvet sofas and a Hutch chair online, and was a little nervous about spending so much without trying first.
As it is, I love the sofas, they look fantastic, are really comfortable, well made, and I suspect will age gracefully as well.

I was a little concerned at how firm the seat cushions were at first, but having lived with them a few weeks, think I actually prefer them that way now.

The sales team took a lot of time and effort making sure the larger sofa could actually fit upstairs (which was very tight in the end) before I ordered.
There were a couple of glitches along the way, but overall customer service has been excellent.

The delivery guys turned up unannounced but did a great job negotiating the tight stairs.

Would have no problem recommending Old boot and may be back for more some time.

The team at Old Boot Sofas were met with incredible obstacles whilst creating my seat. Challenges were identified before construction began to provide an opportunity to commit or to go for another look. At all stages of construction, I was kept advised as to progress and reassured that things were progressing. When the seat was ready we were able to come to a mutually agreeable delivery date and the team did a great job of breaking the seat into the flat whilst maintaining Government guideline social distancing. To say I am thrilled with the beautiful chair would be an understatement. It has pride of place in the lounge and I would heartily recommend this business if you are looking for a heritage piece of furniture that has been immaculately constructed with customer service communication and follow up that would be hard to beat!!
