Shocking customer service post sales. Contacted as rings I ordered were not big enough even though I’d measured. Emails sent (no reply). Vince ted on fb page (no reply). Rings no use to me and just sat in the packaging they arrived in. Absolutely shocking!!

Bunch of complete rubbish. Wish I had seen these reviews. I’ve asked for a refund, and also included that I will be contacting the consumer commission and suing them in small claims court if they don’t respond. DO NOT BUY.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered as I thought I was buying from a UK family business until the order was placed and my shipping notice came from China. This is all market quality mass produced crap worth at the most pennies!

I purchased goods after seeing a sponsored post on Facebook, which claimed the business was closing down due to family commitments. The post included a fabricated story, making it appear as though I was supporting a struggling small family business in the UK.

However, the "high-quality jewellery" is actually mass-produced costume jewellery from China, similar to what you might find on Shein. It's clear now that this company is not a small family business in the UK.

These scammers have concocted an elaborate tale about a fake family business to mislead customers. Although the items themselves may be inexpensive, the deception is significant.

Tried to cancel after reading reviews, automated response no customer care. Didn't actually receive my parcel either, so £45 out of pocket. No stars from me.

The “high quality jewellery” is not handmade and is mass manufactured costume jewellery in China where it is also sent from - literally the sort of jewellery you find on Shein.

This company is now quite clearly not a small family business located in the UK.

Massive scammers who have created an elaborate story about a fake family business and missold products. The items themselves may be cheap however they are still incredibly deceptive.

Fraudulent account. No response from seller. Purchase didn’t arrive.

I feel like such a fool for falling for such a scam. I don't usually leave reviews but I feel strongly enough about this to leave one... I saw an Instagram story saying this shop was closing down. It looked a genuine story, I purchased jewellery, then found all these reviews and was no longer hopeful.

The advert said this is UK based company but no no no it is 100% not, do not be fooled like I was! I received a Chinese tracking number and it took over 10 days to arrive. The fact it actually arrived was a surprise in itself, but the quality of jewellery isn't as described, the pictures somewhat resemble to what I got but it's more costume jewellery than "lifetime guarantee tarnishing free" jewellery.

Plus, I won't be wearing it as it's false advertising stating they're UK based. No idea what properties are in this jewellery so it will not be going on my skin! Also, contacting customer support is futile, I've had zero response to multiple messages and they most certainly will be avoiding my request for a return.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute scam. The ring I bought discoloured. Emailed for refund as per lifetime colour guarantee but got no response. Been trying to get a response since May.

If I could give zero I would. I am shocked to see that others have been scammed like I was. This company is pretending to be a UK company that has gone bust and is selling jewellery cheap. I thought it was too good too be true when I saw the prices. Has anyone reported them to trading standards?? I’ve not received my items and so I will be reporting them.

Bought the anxiety ring. Daughter loved it. 1 week later started discolouring and finger went greeny.
Emailed months ago about complaint and never got a response!

Terrible and if you put comment on Facebook or Instagram accounts they just delete it!

Pay extra and get something better

If I could leave no stars I would. Shocking company. Stating they are a UK small business closing down and selling stock at sale prices when actually the products come from China and are cheap rubbish in plastic bags. Unfortunately I read reviews on here after ordering so contacted them via email 3 times to cancel my order and got no reply and emailed when it arrived to return for a refund and got no reply. Tried putting a claim through my PayPal but after 4 failed attempts I have given up and am just stuck with the cheap tat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY 😡

They are drawing people in with a sob story on Facebook and instagram claiming to be a family business that’s closing down after being hit hard by the cost of living crisis. It’s BS they’re not even in the UK it’s a Chinese load of s£)!te. They don’t respond to refunds either. I have taken this to the ombudsman. PayPal will refund

Don't bother wasting your money

Do not buy from Olivia Jewels. It's a complete scam. They advertise on Facebook misleading you into thinking that they are a UK based family owned business shutting down. They're not. They are based in China and the jewellery takes around 14 days to arrive. Once it does arrive, it's just awful. The ring I ordered looks nothing like the picture and the necklace is such poor quality it twists round and is unwearable. I emailed them requesting a refund a week ago and of course....I've heard nothing back from them despite following it up with another email. I have reported the advert to Facebook, but who knows if it will be taken down. An absolute waste of money, especially with the £5 postage fee.

Please be careful.

This is not a company that makes and sells hand made jewelry by any stretch of the imagination..it's is a scam its a tat shop in Hong Kong and the stuff is cheap and nasty...it doesn't come with a return label or address if unhappy but you have to email them for them to send it to you... which I'm sure I won't get

Everything was smaller than advertised. Everything came from China with different brand labels. There's no way this is "family run home made jewellery"
