Not a small UK business as advertised. The jewellery is cheap and tacky, sent from China and does not look like the images online. They did not respond to multiple requests for a refund. Have reported them to trading standards. They have removed and blocked me from Facebook when I have tried to warn others and get a refund.

Not a UK company as advertised, cheap jewellery breaks after 1/2 wears, packaging not as described, despite repeated emails requesting a refund no contact made. Have now started a claim with my credit card and the company are disputing it!

Cheap jewellery. I ordered several gold necklaces and an adjustable gold ring. Straight away the necklaces were clearly made of cheap, almost copper coloured metal, something you would get from Primark. The necklaces screamed cheap rubbish and not at all the boutique kinda jewellery they present themselves to sell. Although the ring was clearly also cheap metal, the colour didn’t make it so glaringly obvious, and I proceeded to wear it for several days with no tarnishing issues etc before it broke... In hindsight having looked at the Facebook page and other comments, the closing down sale and big discounts is clearly just a made up plot to get customers. Reading these reviews too, you can clearly see that there has been some very same-y AI written reviews posted to try drown out the negative reviews. Only positive is that delivery was fairly quick and the packaging was nice… deffo wouldn’t recommend

Items were clearly purchased from Ali Express, and then sold on Olivia Jewel at an inflated price. The Bernadette necklace cost £0.78 on Ali Express, but Olivia Jewel charge £4.99 at a supposed 'discount'. Quite telling that as soon as I challenged them on this, within 2 minutes I had a full refund.
DO NOT TOUCH with a baregepole. Always do a google image search before purchasing - lots of Etsy sellers selling the same items too.

Tottally fake , claims to be real” freshwater pearls are clearly plastic! Possibly the worst made jewellery I’ve ever seen (it actually says costume jewellery on the tacky pieces of cardboard attached ) extremely disappointed the silver ring is tacky plastic!!! Shameful to inflate the original prices soo much......

Should not even get a 1 star. Not genuine products. All worth pennies. Stay away

Was so excited about this order coming!! I very rarely treat myself to anything so I was really happy to find this sale for jewellery. I could have cried when it turned up today! Halt of it is broken, the “real” freshwater pearls are clearly plastic! Possibly the worst made jewellery I’ve ever seen (it actually says costume jewellery on the tacky pieces of cardboard attached to some necklaces!) even when I’ve bought off actual budget sights the effort has been made to make the items look authentic!! I’m absolutely disgusted that this company uses fake stories and descriptions to sell their below poor items! It will probably cost me more to send them all back than they are all collectively worth!!!!

Posted from China I really don’t expect to much - the article led me to believe it was a little online shop having to close!

I placed an order & then cancelled the order & requested a refund as I didn't realise products from China but I do have to say within 12 hours I was refunded full amount via PayPal (which is how I paid ) & had good communication from the seller

Terrible, cheap jewellery. Currently selling off stock, supposedly at 70% off...a fiver per item, because 'have to close down.' Which is merely a ruse to get you to buy. It's not worth 50p. Stones fall out of necklaces (Orient Rose necklace...don't buy), rings inconsistently sized (Orbit Echo...and is different to picture). Flimsy and tacky. Awful outfit.

I placed an order as all the items were on a HUGE sale which I thought the jewelry looked gorgeous but after reading all these reviews, I’ve just emailed the company and asked for a full refund and cancel my order. I did think the jewelry was too cheap for what it originally costs but I don’t trust buying from them. So many negative reviews that helped me realize I shouldn’t spend my money on the company.

Terrible quality, one ring I ordered came broken, another ring has lost all its gold along with the necklace!

This stuff is really cheap and tacky jewelry. Kids jewelry from the supermarket is better quality. Seriously regret my order 😭

What I also received was Chinese crap lucky if they cost 50p each! And 2 were broken at that !!!

I’ve been conned out of money- do not trust this company

They have deleted all my Facebook posts and blocked me- I have 2 accounts and can still view from that account !!

They are now trying to remove my trust pilot review - I’m a real customer - real experience. I have an order number and tracking details from China. What I received is shocking - if only you could post photos on here.

You will notice the new ‘positive’ results for this company from the 14th August - all 3 on the same day! Glorious reviews may I add, if not a little over the top- fake it till you make it eh??

My review has been flagged for telling the truth. I did not receive a refund for my order I got ignored multiple times and I will continue to keep standing by the fact this company is fraudulent and the items they are selling are rubbish.

Requested a refund after seeing these trust pilot reviews, luckily it was granted. However the email confirmation wasn’t signed by Olivia Jewels it was signed Aisha Jewlery. On a quick google I found another site - aishajewlery .com which is a copy of Olivia jewels except claiming to be US based, but with the same (fake) discounted pricing in dollars. Organised scammers.

I saw a lengthy post on Facebook claiming to be a small business where the owner had supposedly had to make the very hard decision to close the business and sell off remaining stock due to having a young family, balancing work/life, the business costs etc etc and it did seem very believable.

I ordered two items apparently were both meant to be around £70 each and they were selling for £4.99 and £7.99. Sounded too good to be true but for the sake of £13 I wasn’t too bothered.

After I placed the order and paid £4.99 delivery I read the Trust Pilot reviews, I had paid using PayPal and immediately requested a refund and I also emailed Olivia Jewels to cancel the order and they did respond to me a bit later on the same day to be fair to them, and they have said they have processed a full refund which I should get in 3-5 days, I also got a separate confirmation email for the refund too.

However the email they sent me was signed from ‘AishaJewlery’?! Not sure what that’s about! But I would definitely recommend that people avoid this and ignore the fake sob story on their Facebook. I fell for it for about an hour!
