Took ages to come - obviously coming from China. Absolutely awful quality - even at the cheap closing down prices the items are overpriced. All items look extremely cheap. Such poor quality 2 earrings snapped and broke off in my hand as I took them out the packaging. If it wasn’t such a palaver to send stuff back I would do instead I threw them in the bin where they belong. DO NOT BUY!

I purchased after reading a sob story on facebook, thinking I was helping a UK business who was closing down. How wrong. Items are from ali baba and cost around £0.78 per item and the shipping is from China. The items were supposed to of been delivered to a neighbour via evri but the photo and package was not for my parcel. I have tried to contact Olivia Jewel but they just ignore you, I am going to trading standards to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This jewellery comes from China, not a family run company as stated on Facebook and the quality is rubbish. It's absolute tat and not as described! Currently trying to get a refund.

Another person who fell for sob story. Order did arrive but one item wrong. Contacted numerous times to resolve with no reply.

Fell for the Facebook closing down advert for a family run business. Turns out they have been using this for more than 6 months. They are not a uk family run company they are in China, the original advert was well written but further communication isn't. After seeing they weren't really in the uk after getting a chinease tracking code I asked to cancel as the parcel hadn't been shipped, I explained the problem and was promised a refund yet they then the next day said I couldn't as they had now shipped. They are now ignoring me so I've had to take it up with my bank.

Absolutely furious I got sent tacky jewellery in October I asked for a refund on the 29th October and I have received no response, do not order from this scam of a company thier not from the uk as stated on a fb ad thier from china and the jewellery looks like it has turned colour and I haven’t even worn them
I want my refund!!!

SCAM COMPANY _ DONT BUY - I have reported their ads every year on Facebook as its the same thing - the company is closing down with some bit sob story. Obviously this is a lie. I was happy I checked the trustpilot reviews before buying from them - have also reported their facebook ad as it is misleading to people. DO NOT BUY YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED!

Avoid this company, I brought from them as they were advertising that they had premium products and were of good quality. Upon arrival 2 items were broken and the rest are so cheap and definitely not as described. I have tried to get a refund on all of it but have not had any response. Items were like jewellery brought from shein or temu but worse. At least temu or shein accept the refunds!!

Don't bother wasting your money, the jewellery looks lovely under their lighting, it comes and looks cheap and tacky! Ring I got was not shiny, looked like it was just about to go the funny colour cheap tacky jewellery goes.. got a sunflower necklace for my daughter, gutted this looked horrible and cheap, won't bother getting anything from these again why waste your money, totally disappointed 😔

This isn't a small, handmade business like stated in their adverts. They lured me in with a sad sob story about closing down but apparently this has been circulating for ages.
Instead of being a small company, they are in fact massproduced jewellery from a Chinese manufacturering company. No different to jewellery you can get from shein or allyexpress.
Items arrived quickly but were not sterling silver as advertised, and the rings had 'pandora' stamped on the inside.
They advertise themselves as being anti tarnish but im not sure how this can be true (especially as they claim their items are silver and silver does in fact tarnish). I'm not even sure what metal they were and the colour was already coming off them.

I asked for a refund and they gave me it without hesitation, but they didn't really have any grounds to stand on.
Avoid this jewellery store. It's not worth the money, even if the items are cheap

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cheap tacky necklaces! Like everyone else fell for the sob story on facebook. Cheap crap from China. Don't bother! They also don’t reply to emails

Thought I was supporting a small business after a sob story about closing down. Delivery took a long time and when I tracked quickly realised that items were coming from China.
All comments on their Facebook are blocks but the multiple angry reactions on posts led me to be suspicious.
Massively disappointed with quality of products - similar to what could be purchased on Temu. SCAM!
Trust pilot this needs looking into.

I bought from this company and would advise everyone to avoid. This is a scam company who send out tat instead of what is shown in the photos,
I read the reviews and felt there were lots of good comments but I feel this company has simply bombarded Trustpilot with fake reviews in order to appeal to customers. Every 5* review is left by someone who has only ever left one review, what are the chances? Trustpilot should look into this!

Scam, I received my items nothing like descriptions absolute tat

Marketing ploy, clearly working but it’s not true - I fell for a heartfelt story about them closing down and again fell for the fact the jewellery was heavily discounted from £70 down to £4.99 ….
The pieces came and I immediately realised this was a load of cheap end jewellery, almost what you’d get from primark or a market.
All pieces came together in little plastic bags placed on-top of each other in one box. I naively expected each piece to have its own box, hey ho. Glad I only spent £24. Won’t buy from them again.

I ordered a few days ago after reading their touching story, to now learn it’s all a scam and this jewellery is coming from China, so goodness knows what the quality is like. I’ve tried contacting them 4 times and I’ve heard nothing!!!!!

0 stars, this company is a absolute scam, thier not from the uk. Thier from china!!! Give me my refund!!!
