Behavioural Based Safety Course
OMS provided a Behavioural Based Safety training solution for our business at their state of the art venue in Coalville.
The trainer was fantastic and really got the best out of our staff who all engaged and provided good feedback.
The course was interesting and well structured. I recommend it to other businesses to improve their safety culture.

I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I have been on a few OMS courses.
They are a professional team with experienced trainers.
The course's are engaging the trainers empathetic.
I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to develop their safety knowledge. They will remain my first call when it comes to training.

10/10 course very informative. i feel i can conduct and effective incident investigation now. doing online has its technical difficulties and i feel it would be better in a class room but over all very good.

Really enjoyable training
Really enjoyable training. Very knowledgeable trainers. The course met all objectives. I will feel confident going into the exam next month. The only suggestion I have to make the course better is to have the same trainer for both weeks. It takes a while to build the repour, so having to do it twice with two very different personalities and training styles maybe lost a little training time.

OMS - wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have carried out a lot of training during my career and OMS are by far the best training provider I have used. Phil, the trainer is truly knowledgeable and has an effective way of getting all students working together in an engaging and stress-free environment.
Allison and everyone in the offices are very professional and make the enrolling onto courses exceptionally smooth. I would highly recommend OMS to all looking to undertake any training.

The SSSTS 2 day course was an insight to all site supervision on construction work and very valuable information on all aspects of health and safety issues a well worse visit to oms Coalville for this coarse a 5 star from all at acorn-mps.
