Received a package from One World House Hayes, I received a pair of green plastic kids glasses that I didn't order. The package has my old phone number on it. I think One World House needs to be investigated by the government for fraudulent activity. There is only so many times you can use the excuse that we are only a logistics company. The company must have a record of the person sending these items and should ban all transactions with this person/persons by not doing so they are fully aware of what's going on and done nothing to prevent it. The company are aware and actively taking part in the scam by not banning said person/persons. I personally will be going to my local citizens advice and then to my local MP.

Would have given it 0 stars if permitted. Received a fabric leaf???? To the alleged value of £10.68. Didn't order this sh!t and checked Paypal and Amazon and my personal account for any money going out. None so far. Not sure whether to return it or bin it. Might just see if I get any more of this cr&p

We received a card from Royal Mail saying we had to pay import duties of about £35, or we couldn't receive a parcel 'from' One World Express in China. It didn't say that One World Express was the name of the courier company, but looking at the other reviews, I guess it is.

The Reader's Digest has a good article on 'brushing scams,' which it seems to be, so I'll paraphrase what it says here:

In a brushing scam, an online retailer sends people items and products they didn’t purchase in order to fraudulently improve their store’s ratings.

Creating a fake transaction and mailing the item to a random person gives the seller credit for a sale, which boosts that seller’s rating on online marketplaces like Amazon. They may also write a fake positive review of the item in the recipient’s name to increase their rating even more. The intention is to give the impression that the recipient is a verified buyer who has written positive online reviews of the merchandise.

Amazon, Ebay and other online marketplaces prohibit brushing scams, so reporting the incident to the platform will cause the seller to be banned.

SCAM, STAY WELL AWAY.

Like the others I have just received a jiffy bag with a cheap piece of material describing itself as headgear according to the information added on the envelope the value was £36.81p .I simply do not understand what’s the reasoning behind this scam .except perhaps it’s a form of money laundering??? .what ever ! we never ordered this item . My biggest concern is that it has my personal mobile telephone number on it . So to clarify we simply have not encouraged or welcomed this unwarranted communication from this company.

must be a scam because i never ordered anything from 'one world house'.
Address was incomplete and only thinkg inside was a piece of cardboard.
I think this is a scam for import taxes. just testing if things get delivered to you first.
do not pay them if they do follow an unexpected parcel.

I got a brown envelope with nothing in but a shoe lace clearly a SCAM beware

As other people have reported I received a small die which is of no use to me and which I didn't order . The amount showing on the item is £2.53. Return address on the small jiffy bag is again One World House, Pump Lane, Hayes London. UB3 3NB .

Similar to previous posts, this looks like a BRUSHING SCAM. I received a valueless piece of card, which I did not order, in a padded envelope. The return address printed on the shipping label is "One World House, Pump Lane, Hayes, London, UB3 3NB, GB. There is no identification of the sender on the card.
The back of the envelope shows a 'Commercial Invoice' and claims a goods value of £17 - clearly rubbish.
Aside from my name and address, my phone number is also printed on the address label - very unprofessional.
One World Express - I don't know whether or not you are a deliberate part of this scam but you are definitely assisting the scammers, if inadvertently. Please deal with this!

So far I’ve sent two messages about my package which has been listed in my home town as delivery exception according to the tracking info. I haven’t received any response so far and it’s over a week with the status of delivery exception. Would appreciate a response and wondering if there is a way of picking up my package myself as an option. The one star is for the lack of communication and lengthy delay for the shipment. (It was ordered back in June 26).

Similarly to other respondents I have received a valueless item with return address of One World House. Am concerned that this may be part of a scam being used for illegal purposes, and am concerned that One World House and other unknown parties have my personal information of name, address and mobile phone number. I found it helpful that previous respondents named the scam as 'Brushing' I have not heard of this before and have now reported the issue to the National Cyber Security Agency via their website
Maybe One World House, if it isn't doing it already, needs to ensure it isn't participating in scamming behaviour, or else its own reputation, if its bona fide will be damaged

This is a total scam I received a text stating my ONE WORLD NW package was out for delivery from a fake Amazon shipping email address. I have not placed an order with Amazon.

I have today received a useless child's toy which I have not ordered. Invoice No. T002SA0051080979, priced at £18.99p. Depot BIR2, van 90. Ref.No.ES1002773602673
I regard this as a scam, and people should be made aware of it!!!

Complete scam. Received a note for a customs fee from Royal Mail. Paid the fee as a friend had sent parcels to us form abroad, even though they were sure they'd paid the correct amount. Paid the £37.80 customs fee only to receive a tiny jiffy bag of cheap balloons which I did not order! TOTAL SCAM. Even if this company is only the logistics house they surely have a duty not to enable these scams.

I received an item reference number 36653356GBL the order was made on20/05/2024 they were wrong size..I got in touch with ebay customer service ..the item was not listed with my purchases...Any chance if I returned them back for a refund or for a replacement.

Received a "postcard" (make that piece of card) apparently worth nearly £60. Can't find any order to relate it to and wondering why i've received it. Definitely dodgy - not just a legitimate posting site

This is a total scam I received today some small toy which I near ordered.

The invoice ref 36616219GBL on the delivery
dated 11 May 24 with value of £20.52GBP description 1xdress but it a small cheap toy, so I return to sender wrong address and put back into the post - one world house, Pump Lane, Hayes London UB3 3NB.

Hayes is not in London But Middlesex, Scamers can even get the address correct.
