when i received product it got left at the door was so heavy came all the way from ireland
the cabinet itself is beautiful but for the money paid would have liked a better service

The settee is of excellent quality and…
The settee is of excellent quality and very comfortable.
However my only reason for a4 star rating and not 5 was that I was called by the delivery driver whilst I was at work and who came in a articulated lorry to deliver the settee and it was the only item on his truck and he needed directions to the house and a hand to offload it as he was on his own and my wife could not help him as the items was in two very large boxes.
Other than the inconvenience the item it self is of good quality.

The lamp is absolutely stunning and just what I was looking for. It looks perfect in my conservatory. I am very happy with my purchase. I would purchase again if it became available again from Orchard Home.

Lovely velvet two seater couch but a couple of small issues
We ordered a velvet two seater couch for our kitchen diner. The price was very competitive and the sofa design is really nice. The material is good and the sofa is comfortable. However two issues have been seen that we’ve chosen to live with because of the cheap sale price and pain to send back.
One line of seat fabric is out of line with the rest of the stitching. And two of four legs had indentations and scuffs which I have colour dabbed in black marker to disguise them. If the sofa was purchased at the RRP of £600 then I’d have sent it back.
But overall we are content with the purchase.

Mixed feelings
Fast delivery. Downside was its delivered by one very nice but 71 hear old so couldnt/wouldn't put upstairs due to weight and size of the 4 pieces so left in garage for my disabled husband to unpack and build which is very difficult given the tremendously hard location of the screws position to attach the mirror (one screw is impossible to place! Tge quality of the item doesn't justify the cost but ha ing said that it does look stunning in place.

An Artic vehicle used ?
An Artic vehicle used ? Driver did well to manuver to the property but had no tail lift and as a lone driver required an assistant to deliver goods we had to get our friends to help unload the boxes.
So can’t understand the use of an artic vehicle for 4 boxes.
