not A happy customer
not A happy customer. Really poor customer service. My stuff came defrosted. Expected me to be okay with that. Ruined a months worth of dog food and then to top it off offered me 5 percent discount on my next order. Which is a joke considering the order when I asked for them to be collected and a refund made.
Plenty more places to buy dog food and for a better price I’ve now found out.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Sorry that you weren't happy with your order this time and that we couldn't come to mutual solution. Also, we are sorry to lose you as a customer, as I see that you have had 11 previous orders, therefore you must have been happy with our services over the last 2 years of ordering.
Overall a brilliant company
Their online “raw feeding puppy guide” was really helpful in finding the right foods for my puppy but also steps on how to do it safely. Their customer service was great. They were polite and helpful and replied quickly. The food came as described; next day. I’d read a few reviews about the food being delivered and had started to thaw but I didn’t have that issue, it was still frozen and packaged well. We kept the insulated lining to use for transport if we ever go away with the pup so the plastic won’t be going to landfill.
I can’t comment on the food quality as I don’t have my puppy yet but I’m so pleased with all the other components of this delivery and company I’m sure calypso will love the food.

Thank you for this lovely review and for your order. I hope that Calypso is going to enjoy his food when he arrives. Please note for the future, if the food should start to thaw in transit, so long as it is still cold, it is absolutely safe to refreeze for dogs. Thank you.

Always amazing service and runs like clockwork when we order. The one time the delivery company made an error Raw to your door went out of their way (on a Friday evening) and sorted the issue for us. Exceptional customer service.
