Great food good prices
Great food good prices, but sadly let down by packaging 😕 left kilo out to defrost, in fridge and in sink , every time blood everywhere dripping, leaking packaging... This puts me off purchasing!

Sorry to hear this puts you off. Lots of the manufacturers packaging does leak on defrost. It is a good idea to remove packaging whilst still frozen and transfer to a sealed container.
Lots of choice
Lots of choice, prompt delivery, well packaged and arrived in good time.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Answers any questions promptly. Christine is a great help.Delivery time is excellent and the food quality is of high standard. I have found Bulmer mince better for my Poms because bone size is smaller, our Gsd eats any of the minces. Can highly recommend.

Highly recommend!
The site is easy to use, my order was delivered within 48 hours and had a cute little latte sachet and chocolate bar so it wasn't just my dogs eating treats! The biscuits my dogs loved! all flavours, I liked that they were in paper bags not plastic! The raw lamb tripe is perfect for our needs, the dogs eat raw but my previous supplier sends the tripe as is, so it was a pain cutting it up for them. These chunks can go out as is. Plus it's lamb, easier to digest than beef. Customer for life!

Raw to your door is not only a personable on line retailer their product is out of this world. The dogs coat, eyes and general behaviour have all improved on the raw food and it’s priced appropriately- what’s not to like
