Having checked your order, we can see that you requested the trees to be delivered after a specific date, and our investigation confirms that this was followed. Once your order was despatched, you should have received an email notification, and the courier should also have provided a delivery time slot. We apologise if these communications did not reach you as expected.

Very disappointed that almost every branch of the tree had been pruned back to 30 cm or less and several of them look lifeless. Let’s hope that it quickly gets established and by Spring will look a lot better.

I am very happy with this company and my purchases
I am very happy with my purchases. The shrubs and tree were delivered within the stated time frame, well packaged and of good quality. The delivery company used were also excellent notifying you of dispatch and delivery time with a 2 hour window. I will definitely use this company again.

Ordered an Acer when it arrived it looked good gave it a dunk in water and put it a larger pot it looks great hopefully next year I won't lose it to the heat like the one I had I would recommend ornamental-trees

So very easy to order online
So very easy to order online. Good communication throughout. Notified when tree was due to be delivered. Arrived on day as arranged. Driver assisted me to secure tree as was windy.
Tree healthy and good size. Leaves currently falling as autumn but im sure it will be beautiful next year. Its a nicely shaped tree. Delivery was included in the price.
As a side note i do appreciate the website shows the trees next to a person stood alongside so it gives the purchaser a very good idea of the sizes and makes it easier to pick the right sized tree for your space.

Good customer service and quality plants.
Used this company before when buying a tree last year and was impressed with their customer service. The Jasmine arrived in a very tall cardboard box and the plant pot inside the box was well wrapped in plastic. The Jasmine was in good condition and is now planted in its new terracotta pot in the back garden. Was kept informed by regular emails as to dispatch date and delivery.

Excessive pruning to fit packaging
I found that the online ordering system was very informative and easy to use. However, on delivery the tree looked like it had been cut like a hedge to fit the packaging, furthermore the leaves just below the cuts were dead or dying off. I have a concern that the pruning may affect the growth of the tree.
I tried to make contact, but no one answered so I left a message and I have as yet not had call back.

Be careful when placing your order
I asked to see images of the trees before they were sent. I was told this wasn’t part of their usual process but I’m glad I did as one tree wasn’t the quality I would expect. They did issue a refund though for that tree which I was grateful for. I’m just glad I picked this up before delivery.
I also ordered two trees. One I needed urgently and the other was a back order. I didn’t realise they keep both until the back order one was ready and when I asked to split the order they said this was not possible. I therefore asked to cancel the delayed tree and at that point they managed to bring the delivery of both forward.
I don’t think the standard service is great at all. Luckily I did speak to someone helpful who was able to rectify this for me.
The delivery guy was lovely and helpfully out the tree exactly where it was needed.

All our delivery timeframes are advertised on our website and included in your order acknowledgement. We also explain at the time of ordering that, where an order contains pre-order items, we aim to despatch the trees together once all items are available. Split deliveries can be arranged where required, although additional delivery charges may apply.
We are always happy to accommodate requests for photographs, and for our mature trees, these are provided once the trees have arrived at our Despatch Centre and before they are sent out to customers.
