I am really pleased with the service we received from Ornamental Trees - we had a large ceanothus tree die in our garden but we couldn't find anywhere to get a replacement from, I rung up Ornamental Trees and spoke to Judi, who was so lovely and made enquiries within the team to see what could be done. Happily she then emailed to say they could source what we needed and arranged it all. Delivery was swift - a couple of weeks, and was delivered with such care by Andy, who again was a credit to Ornamental Trees. 10/10 would recommend.

As with any living product, trees can be affected by seasonal conditions, and the hot weather this summer has been particularly challenging for some trees, especially younger foliage.

Trees in excellent condition very healthy. Well packaged. Fast delivery. Only issue is size of boxes as very tall for smaller sized trees.
A total 10 out of 10 in every other respect !

great selection of trees…
They have a great selection of trees and were really helpful with my delivery waiting til I’d returned from abroad.
Getting hold of someone in the office was tricky but the specimen tree was delivered on the day all be it quite late in the day but no matter.
I was a bit disappointed how many branches were broken from transit though. One side has much shorter branches compared to the other due mostly to the breaks.
I’m assured this will right itself over the next growing season and it was reassuring to get this feedback from my request but time will tell. I’m hoping it will be lovely in a couple of years when it’s settled in and got bushier.

Recent mature Acer purchase
I recently purchased a mature Acer tree from Ornamental Trees and have been extremely pleased with the experience from start to finish.
Before making the purchase, I emailed them with several questions, all of which were answered promptly and helpfully. Their responses gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. The delivery instructions were also followed perfectly, and the tree arrived safely and without any problems.
After delivery, I had a few further questions about the tree, including why some of the upper branches were missing leaves. Once again, they were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me, which was very reassuring.
The tree itself looks fantastic. It is exactly the right height and appears very healthy. It does have a noticeable lean to one side, but I am hoping to correct its posture to some extent when I plant it.
What has impressed me most is how reassuring and supportive the team has been throughout the whole process. They have made it clear that if I encounter any issues in the future — for example, if the tree doesn’t follow its usual seasonal patterns — I can get back in touch with them for review.
Everyone I have dealt with by email has been exceptionally kind, responsive and professional. I am very with the level of customer service, and I would happily purchase from Ornamental Trees again.
