Damaged tree.
We ordered two weeping cherry trees. Both plants arrived in a very quick time frame.
Unfortunately one of the leader branches arrived damaged on one of the trees. Something that had obviously happened in transit.
We emailed Ornamental Trees about it and within two emails they had offered and sent a replacement tree and also told us to keep the other one to see if we could save it.
Great customer service. These kind of things happen from time to time and the way it was dealt with was very professional and customer orientated.
I will use this business again without question as this experience aside, their trees are brilliant and they operate on a very personal level.

Excellent Trees
Really high quality, healthy trees and excellent size, definitely worth the money. I bought 3 cherry trees and 1 dogwood as they have such an excellent selection and had all the varieties I wanted. Other companies send you the lower size limit quoted, this was definitely not the case and all exceeded the height specified and were well established. Packaged really well and delivered with care. Definitely recommend.

Great service and excellent communication. Tree was delivered within the time stated on their website and I was able to track the delivery. Tree was exactly as described and a very healthy specimen. Would recommend and happily order from them again.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Was in communcation all the way through our purchase. We bought 4 trees and sadly one perished several weeks after planting but Ornamental Trees asked for photos and then replaced the tree which is looking far healthier. Would buy from them again.

With Acers, we do keep the trees under cover to help protect them from the weather elements, and this can sometimes affect their colouring. Once planted out and exposed to full natural light, the colours should develop more naturally. As with all living products, every tree can also behave slightly differently.
For us to fully investigate any concerns, it is always helpful to provide the full order details where possible. However, I’m pleased we have now been able to locate your order and hope this can be resolved for you today.

Lovely healthy tree
The tree supplied is really healthy and lovely and I have always found Ornamental trees to be really good
I have taken a star off on this occasion, because the order took longer than anticipated to arrive
The original tree was apparently damaged in transit, but this was not communicated to me and I had to ring Customer Service to find it out Once I spoke to them, the lady I spoke to was really helpful and a
second tree was then ordered and shipped

Arrived well packed and in healthy condition
Shrub arrived well packaged and in good healthy condition. It was also larger and bushier than expected. Only downside was that delivery took longer than was advertised.

Salix Kilmarnock Willow
Initially ordered the wrong tree and even though it was completely my mistake they cancelled the order and gave a refund. I was not expecting this so 5* service! The Kilmarnock Weeping willow was approx 180cm high and in excellent condition with lots of weeping branches. Can't wait to plant it and know it will be a stand out feature in my garden.
