Great from start to finish. Emailed re a product availability and delivery, received an email shortly after, called to place the order and to pay. Delivery took a week which I think is great as we are all dealing with a pandemic. Can’t fault this service. Great product too. 👍🏻

Quick and painless ordering process. Contacted Oxtrad to confirm the product availability as well as delivery details, everything answered as required, and order simply placed. Delivered to my home address very quickly. Very happy with the service received, and the product delivered.

Excellent prompt reply to initial enquiries. Easy ordering process, and quick delivery but the product (lawnmower) is faulty and won’t go and this company refuses to replace it or accept a return, instead we have to deal directly with the manufacturer which is unacceptable. There was no offer for us to return it nor did Dave offer us any help, or offer to contact the manufacturer on our behalf. We phoned him twice and both times he said we have to contact the manufacturer directly to organise a return or repair.

Bought a Hyundai 21” electric start mower from Oxtrad. Price was good and service from order to delivery excellent. Would definitely recommend and will use this company in the future

From choosing the chipper off a YouTube video to selecting Oxtrad as supplier, Everything was & still is an excellent purchase !! Yes Oxtrad were the cheapest online with a model even Hyundai could not supply , I was not expecting service 2nd to none. After ordering they didn't even try to sell extras saying that in 18 months no-one has needed spare blades in the 40 off sales. Delivery was a day & time which suited me made easy with my hand pallet pump truck.so heavy so be careful. Assembly instructions okay but only thing to do different is the battery carrier needs fitting before the suggested sequence otherwise will not fit ( too tight & out ot square issue) . Having assembled started first time & put to work on 11 off 40 ft Leylandiis. Used now for 6 weeks at weekends. Tremendous machine ,eats branches with ease. 10 to 15ft long through at about 2 to 3' maximum diameter. Chips are small & useable easily blown into a tonne builders bag sat in a wheelbarrow for moving. Only used on half throttle except when small short bundles thrown in at the end of session so they clear the drum & leave hopper clear. All in all should of bought this years ago instead of many tip runs. Easily moved with Daughter even putting on Ifor Williams Tipping trailer. Just changed oil by recommendation. All clean no problems whatsoever. Finally there are bigger ones on the market but 36 months warranty & I have a Logburner so wood over 2" gets burnt in a couple of years.

Easy purchase, and transaction simple.
Only concern - there was no indication of typical delivery times. I placed the order and phoned the following day to get some expectation. The response was more than friendly and helpful. Slight problem with TNT missing a connection, so delivered 24 hours later then would have expected but ordered Sunday night - arrived Wednesday.
Good service - would recommend the company and use them again without hesitation.
