Charged Over $200 With No Real Warning and No Refund

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing. I stopped using the software after the first month because it was not valuable or useful enough to continue with for any purpose I needed. Then, without any meaningful warning, they charged my credit card over $200 for a renewal. I reached out the very same day, and they still refused to refund the charge. Their only solution was to offer credit for software I already determined was not worth using. That kind of policy feels incredibly unfair and anti-customer. A company confident in its product and committed to customer satisfaction should handle situations like this far better.

Stop emailing meeeeeee

Absolutely no way this company follows legal marketing norms. Unsubscribe does not unsubscribe. I received so many messages before properly testing the tool, that I opted to delete my account and not even try. My frustration was doubled when deleting the account is even more buggy. Then, after successful deletion, I received a WELCOME EMAIL from the sales account, congratulating me on my new account. Do not give them your data, because it seems they'll never let it go.

Affordable, but expect to troubleshoot regularly

I've been using Pabbly Subscription Billing for my digital product business and the pricing is genuinely great. No percentage cut on sales, no additional fees on top of what your payment processor already charges. That's a real advantage over platforms that take 2-3% of every transaction.

But here's the problem: things break too often.

In the past few months alone I've dealt with:
- The API suddenly returning incorrect data
- The sales dashboard showing wrong numbers
- The checkout page displaying raw placeholders like %name% to actual customers

That last one is rough. When your checkout page looks broken, customers lose trust and you lose sales.

Support does eventually help, but it takes time and pushing back. As a solo business owner, I don't have hours to spend debugging my billing platform every month.

Bottom line: If you're on a tight budget, Pabbly saves you money. But be prepared to spend some of that savings on your own time fixing things that shouldn't break in the first place.

Extremely Disappointed – Affiliate Commissions Denied

I joined Pabbly's affiliate program and successfully referred paying customers. After earning a significant amount in commissions, I was suddenly told that my promotional method violated their policies — even though it had never been flagged before.

They waited until I had already generated sales and then blocked my account and refused to release the commissions I rightfully earned. I even received a new commission notification during this back-and-forth, but they still declined payment.

It's very disappointing to put in effort and drive real business for a company, only to be denied what was promised. If they had concerns, they should have addressed them early — not after benefiting from my referrals.

Very fake refund guarantee

Really, I don't think this company understands what it means to give a guaranty to refund. I requested a refund and gave the reason of mistaken purchase. 3 days later CS contacted me and said they were unclear about my reason for cancelling and i should offer more explanation. I did. 3 days later, CS responds that they still do not understand and I should explain even further and they will not refund until they understand. Thats new for me. Maybe they need translators? I think they are just fishing for reasons not to refund.

Worst Experience ever

Worst Experience ever. Don't go for Pabbly. You will seriously regret it. They are not reponding, when I asked for refund my money. They have mentioned 30 days money back gurantee on website. But its not true, it seems they are not replying my messages.

Great product but the WORST CS

Great product but the WORST customer service. I say this as someone who deals with customers, and as a consumer. Every email enquiry is met with 'please explain your issue'. It's like they don't read, or can't understand. Either way it's frustrating AF. Might have to bail as it's just not in line with modern digital business to have such poor responses and response times.

Works well for automation but...

Works well for automation: Pabbly Connect does its job efficiently when it comes to automating workflows and integrating different apps. It’s straightforward to use and gets the work done reliably.
Cons:

Inflexible with account management: I needed to change the email address associated with my account since I am closing my business domain, but Pabbly refused to accommodate this request. Their advice? Keep paying for my mail server and domain annually just so no one else can access my account. This is unreasonable and inconvenient, especially for users transitioning domains or closing businesses. The lack of flexibility here makes me question their customer service and concern for their users' needs.
Overall, it’s a solid tool, but the rigid policy on account management is a big drawback and support is terrible.

Slow support and workflows

Pabbly seems cool, in the beginning it was difficult and has a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the rest will be easier. So far I discovered some limitations but it could be due to my experience in using it not necessarily a bad thing.

Their checkout software is so awful

Their checkout software is so awful. I'm not even going to bother explaining what's wrong with it otherwise I'd be writing an essay.

I paid a one time fee for it, price was fine and I don't care about the waste of money that much. I honestly would not use if they paid me. The amount of time and energy I've wasted on Pabbly has had a negative impact on my business and cost me a lot more than their $650 one time fee.

What's so stupid is that they also charge subscriptions where you pay EVEN MORE than the one time fee every month! What do you get? The same stupid thing lol. What kind of backwards hussle is this...

Worst Support Ever

I have been pulling my hair our with Pabbly. They have some great services and they're constantly promoting themselves about how successful they are (images with hudreds of employees all looking very pleased with themselves), but the fact remains that their support is DIABOLICAL.

They don't read email support tickets properly and only ever reply with screenshots of the triggers they think you should be using. These are almost always wrong and it just shows laziness on behalf of their support for not reading your email properly. It's the same in the support forum. If you're lucky you'll get one reply in 24 hours and then it's like they write it off as 'solved' when what's actually happened is that they have not read your support request correctly and got it completely wrong.

What's frustrating is that I am ready to pay for their services, and I have told them so, but no effort is put into working on customer service or solving support issues. I have support questions that remain unanswered for literally months!

I think Pabbly has got so wrapped up in its success at creating great trigger tools, it has completely overlooked the single most important aspect of a business: the customer.

You may pay more for Zapier, but their support could not be any worse than Pabbly.

The best you can find

I don't know why the reviews are so bad, pabbly connect is the best service I have ever found, speed of light, with features ifttt and zapier aren't even remotely close to having, and their free credits are really generous, really recommend their service and I will definitely be buying one of their plans in the future

I have used Pabbly Email for over a…

I have used Pabbly Email for over a year, and it's probably the worst email provider I have ever used. So why do I use them? I only send out a few email
bi-annually and needed a simple and affordable mailing service. I used them only because they were cheap. In spite of my needs, they are still failing the deliver on the most basic needs.

Here is a breakdown: Features
1) No advanced features like funnels, flows, if/then emails, etc...
2) Their Segmentation Tool (if you want to call it that) can't even tell you who is opening your emails
3) List cleaning is nearly impossible, as you would need to do it manually.
4) Send reputation and deliverability is POOR
5) Email builder looks like it was designed by an engineer in 1997
6) What customer service?

Keep in mind that I only need to send a few dozen emails twice per year, and the emails are just text and a link or two, and they are still failing.

They charged me a subscription billing for a service I never used and another one for a service I’ve used a longe time ago. They won’t give me a refund because they said they have already charged it. Don’t use this service
