I do not recommend their email service…
I do not recommend their email service at all! They completely destroyed my entire list with over 35,000 emails. I used their email service for a couple of months, and everything was +- ok for that price. I had very few unsubscribers, almost zero spam reports, and I was generally happy with it. However, they frequently had some errors, and their support communicated with me as if I were an amateur. But, in the end, the fault was always on their side.
One day, they had an error, and their system started sending emails to all unsubscribers. After a few days, I received numerous emails from unsubscribed customers complaining about why I was sending emails when they had unsubscribed. It was then that I realized something was wrong, and I contacted Pabbly support. To my astonishment, I received a reply stating that they had blocked my account due to a very high spam report. What's worse, they stopped communicating with me, and I couldn't log in to my account. As a result, I couldn't find out which emails were unsubscribed, and I couldn't risk using this email list with other services because I might accidentally send to unsubscribers again, leading to more reports against me.
AVOID Pabbly's service if you want to avoid losing your entire list. I had been building it for more than two years.
Read real reviews - I paid for top-tier lifetime
I paid for the most inclusive lifetime deal you can get with Pabbly months ago, knowing that it falls short in many areas and hoping they would continue to move forward and compete with the likes of ActivePieces, maybe Make one day, and even Zapier if they worked hard. They don't seem to be working at all, and the way they advertise the lifetime deal over any type of progress is more than worrisome. It feels like a fly-by-night, cash-grab type of SaaS. The native integrations are few, and not growing. People ask for features and get "we are super busy improving the software, so get people to upvote if you think it's important." I personally haven't seen the fruits of how busy they are in any area except advertising the super great lifetime "deals" on every media platform, and there is virtually no active community outside the affiliate sales of the lifetime deals. I'll change this when I start seeing super simple integrations being added, or even more robust native support for existing super simple and widespread integrations that home-office, one-person SaaS operations already boast.

so you sign up for using their survey function, nobody mentions about paying, then i sent out the survey and i m waiting for the replies... when i get them it says "pay now to see your replies" .. hate this kinda of scams - why not be upfront about it?
then i paid, then i cancelled via the website the monthly subscription, and then they still charged me! had to contact support who didnt refund me

Best No-Code automation tool out there
Best No-Code automation tool out there. It already has 1000+ apps integrated in 3 years. Price 10 times less compared to zapier and almost as easy as zapier to use. Support is great as well and their FB community is amazing as well. The founder listens to feedback and it feels like community driven development.

Useless LTD and annoying selling banner even though you are LTD customers. Very annoyed with that upselling banner. Support is active but mostly useless. And features have been stagnant with minimal effort to fix and implement customers' requests. Save your money.
I bought the the app as one-time charge…
I bought the app as a one-time charge unlimited packed but I saw it was not working for me because I want to add/set some firebase, supabase functions in the pabbly connector. So I wrote customer support like "I want to refund my money" but They just say me "We have forwarded the request to the accounts team and will notify you once the refund is processed." in 3 days.
The worst LTD I've ever bought
The worst LTD I've ever bought. The system is not ready yet for running businesses. UI seems very complicated even a simple search of the customer's name is enough to kill my patient. The roadmap progress through not that important stuff. Feature requests being ignored many times. Stay away.
Not great, A reason there's a large free version
If your at a very basic start up point then it could be useful, otherwise its not really any good especially for experienced or advanced users, a lot of integrations are one way and support tell you to request what you need via a link, so will be waiting in line with market demand, Also a lot of what they claim about zapier on their website is totally incorrect and out dated, zapier has FULL integration, 2 way integration between the apps you want
In my opinion pabbly have basically designed around some popular apps and not completed the development to 2 way integration of what they've began working on. LAZY. Rushed to market
Yes pabbly works in some SIMPLE cases, zapier works across simple cases and is awesome in advanced cases.
A lot better for your money and regardless of what pabbly tell you, ZAPIER has a free forever plan, and doesn't cost as much as it sounds on pabblys website when you consider how advanced the platform is in comparison, zapier wins hands down :)
If you need to pay pabbly to sign up then dont bother wasting your money, join the free plan, figure out what your not going to be able to do integration wise and find yourself at zapier 10 mins later lol
Great inexpensive product that gets…
Great inexpensive product that gets your work done. Better than anything that I have used. Only downside is there is no temporary pause/deactivate function on the forms, so when you temporarily want to pause form submissions, you can't. Overall, a good product!
I'd never heard of pably until...
I'd never heard of pably until they started inserting appointments into my Google Calendar.
The appointments are for a wedding planner service. I'm not looking for such services.
Spamming is a cheap activity by cheap businesses. By spamming they not only ruin their own reputation but also that of the company in whose name they carry out this activity.
For sure, I would not want my company name to be dragged through the mud by such 3rd rate marketing techniques.

They do not respond to any emails, which is worrying. Absolutely ZERO customer support.
I love this honest product.
Honestly, this service sufficiently fits my needs. where the competition charges allot. this service is fair and reasonable. their customer service is very accommodating and always willing to assist where it is possible. They are continuously improving their product.

Extremely unhappy. We used Pabbly for several months and decided to switch systems due to lack of visibility and a lot of other UX issues that made is extremely hard to use. We checked with them to make sure our active subscribers won't be billed after we cancel - and they specifically told us they won't. But after cancellation, surprise - our customers kept being billed, which means they were being billed twice for each subscription. I reached out to support and got this answer: 'we had reported this issue to our team & got an update that this will be fixed in some time as updations to the system is being done on a continuous basis.'
For such a critical bug (actually taking money from customers' accounts!) telling me it'll 'be fixed in some time' is unacceptable. This experience is indicative of the service we got throughout using Pabbly. I'd recommend to steer clear.
Awful. Stay away - scam.
Sent around 50k emails to get cleaned. They validated that 15k of those are only valid emails. Went to the Google, was searching for a few others services... Used NeverBounce and they got 1000 free credits to verify.
So I compared Pabbly and them, it was such a joke. Pabbly flags everything as spam/dead, etc. They only put 29 of my hotmails as valid and 9000 and something as antispam ones. Stay away from this scam service. Such a joke. Money wasted for nothing.
Better than anything you have seen
I found Pabbly interface to be much cleaner. It's integrations are better and fact that creating then is easy makes it a definate go.
Pricing is amazingly Insane when compared to Zapier which I was using till now.
But the reason I am writting this review is not all of this. The reason is it's Support Team. They are actual humans who will go to any extent to help you out
They even wrote a whole page Step by Step customer workflow for me without even asking twice.

Great Service from Adeel and Vishal. Ever willing to help. Had tried earlier many service providers dont want to name them . one guy MR. AG (owner of -)wanted me to write a good review in exchange for one month free offer. Most of the mail bounced G suite blocked me for day.
Secong guy Mr SD( a very rude guy sadly a owner) left halfway of the training session after a question and most of the mails bounced after this session . 3rd guy Mr. TE a COO stopped my subscription despite gr8 in-boxing rates and almost less than 1 percent bounce . I suspect it was the coding of my list which he could not gather where to use to build up his database though he had a gr8 support team. Beware of the wrong guys , go for the sincere hardworking guys like Pabbly.
