We appreciate you using us. Apologies if the product smells stronger than you were anticipating... we product good quality products that are durable and hardwearing which often have a higher VOC content.
We have continued to refine our delivery service and ((% of orders with APC are delivered next day now.

Good product, disappointed with errors in delivery
Initial order was for 10 litres of paint for my driveway, only 5litres were sent so I ordered another 5 litres. This was a different shade from another batch.
After contacting the company they sent out 10 litres from the same batch, I now have to repaint my driveway again.

Straightforward and problem free
Straightforward and problem free. There could have been better communication, because all I got was confirmation of order then notification that it had been delivered. An email stating that it had been despatched and another stating it would be delivered today would have been helpful. The courier didn’t ring the bell or knock on the door, just left it outside the door.
