Paint Good , Customer services not so
I ordered some paint on Friday morning and received an email confirmation straight away. I needed the paint by the following Wednesday, so I phoned and emailed the company for an update. Unfortunately, the phone was never answered, and the email response was just a standard “we have your order and it’s being processed,” with no clear delivery information, even after I asked twice.
The paint was eventually delivered by APC, who were excellent—very informative and reliable. However, the customer service from the paint company could definitely be more helpful, especially since they already knew the order had left the factory when I contacted them.
That said, the paint itself is very good; it’s just the customer service that let the experience down.

As your order was placed on Friday, we couldn’t give a delivery date immediately because it still needed to be freshly made, but it was produced on Monday, dispatched the same day, and delivered on Tuesday.

Prompt delivery. Fantastic product. Covers well; needed less than anticipated.
Painted over existing painted concrete floor that had become marked and worn. Transformed my garage!

No customer services
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach Paint Master by phone (01663 733633) at different times over several days, I'm leaving this review to alert potential customers about their completely unresponsive telephone service. There isn't even an option to leave a voicemail.
I needed advice about their polyurethane floor paint before placing a substantial order, but the complete lack of response via their advertised contact number makes me question their customer service commitment. While they do list an email address (which I didn't try), when a company prominently displays a phone number, customers reasonably expect it to be answered.
Until Paint Master either fixes their phone system or removes the number from their materials, I'd caution buyers to consider this lack of accessibility before ordering - especially for large purchases where you might need support.

Good product, disappointed with errors in delivery
Initial order was for 10 litres of paint for my driveway, only 5litres were sent so I ordered another 5 litres. This was a different shade from another batch.
After contacting the company they sent out 10 litres from the same batch, I now have to repaint my driveway again.

Good quality polyurethane paint. Good coverage and easy to apply. Drying takes longer that stated.

Impressed with both services and product
Impressed with the delivery and very careful packing. The paint has covered the bare concrete very well and I am very pleased with the finished floor in garage greenhouse and carport.
