Delivering goods on a pallet is very different from any other type of delivery you may receive, such as parcels or packages. It takes more tools and equipment and does carry some risk to our drivers.

I usually don't write reviews, however I am so disappointed that my scheduled delivery did not arrive. There has been zero contact from palletways, had to conanct the seller to ask for tracking details. The pallet is in the delivery depot for 5 days, so it is even more disappointing. It is an olive tree, so I wonder in what state it will arrive, if it will arrive at all!

Today it was suppose to send back an complete engine, in the same pallet that come , the same signs the seller mark on it. It comes a STILLER truck, driver seen a black mark on the pallet, I swiped my hand on it to show him its not oil dripping, just a dirt pallet, driver was very rude, never met someone with such attitude towards a customer. He ignore anything I said and left. I have camera outside, I have him on camera making such rude comments towards me , even saying he doesn’t trust me that maybe I have swapped the engine that has been delivered with my broken one. Really bad experience, not recommended

Failed to turn up on the assigned delivery day and did not trouble themselves to advise either the seller or the buyer. As such, I lost a day's wages waiting for a delivery they had no intention of completing.
I was then given another date for delivery but had to contact the seller for the two-hour delivery window. With 20 minutes to go until the end of this window, I contacted the seller for an update. They then fed me the same nonsense Palletways fed them - that the delivery day and window is only a guide and can be affected by traffic or a myriad of other factors. All true of course, although it remains unclear which of these factors prevents them from communicating.
To cap it all, the driver then shows up and feels it appropriate to comment on how stressed I seem and to deliver the immortal line: "It could be worse - you could have my job."
I think not. Aside from anything else, I turn up when I say I will and if I am delayed, I say so.

Not friendly, staff and managers were rude. They also refused to deliver the boxes inside to the garage and instead left a large pallet outside of the house. Beware when ordering and departing with your money to first specify that delivery means delivery to the house and not outside!

Two delivery dates came and went. Still no delivery. 2 days off work waiting in all day. Wasting my time and costing me money in lost earnings. Still without any delivery, the job of having my bathroom fitted cant be done. avoid at all costs.

Purtroppo Leroy Merlin si affida a loro per le spedizioni grandi, ed ogni volta sono problemi! L'anno scorso sparirono diversi pacchi di pavimento e loro se ne lavarono le mani, questa volta si sono presentati con un camion inadatto per fare lo scarico a terra, poiché sprovvisto di "gru", necessaria per scaricare a terra le tonnellate di pavimento ordinato. La consegna è stata posticipata a data da destinarsi e nonostante i tentativi di ricontattarli, non ci hanno risposto! Non è un bel modo di comportarsi, avremmo già dovuto installare il pavimento e invece siamo ancora ad aspettare per colpa loro.
È inutile che rispondiate con la solita frase preimpostata uguale per tutti! Il servizio che offrite non è all'altezza delle spedizioni che prendete in carico!

I ordered a large crate of kiln dried logs from firewood.co and I was unfortunate enough to have my package given to these guys for delivery. I have yet to receive my package even though I can see from their tracking information that the package has been out for delivery twice. On both days it's went back to the depot. The 2nd attempt, the delivery driver had the nerve to say that the package was refused even though it was never delivered to my address. If your package is coming from these guys keep the customer service number on hand for the seller. Hopefully you're not as unlucky as I am.

Very bad customer service, was told the delivery due today, and I have paid labor here to do the following work. But been waiting whole day, no one and no calls. The customer service only told me they couldn’t get hold of the driver, any other questions she only repeated said I don’t know. Not reliable at all.

My order was scheduled to be delivered today. The tracking updates confirm that Palletways lost my order (bulk bag of stones). The last comment is from 11am "confirmed they have not received this pallet - They will call consignee to book in - Emailed GRS". Two hours later I've contacted the seller who is now chasing Palletways as they have not contacted me and their contact details are not disclosed. I guess Palletways decided to start the long weekend early. It's another evidence of their very poor customer service.
This delay really messed up my weekend, when I was supposed to finish the garden. Instead, it will have to be done next week (providing they can be bothered to deliver my order at once) when I'm away. I'm furious.
If you look through the company reviews, they are most likely submitted by employees trying to boost their image and reputation. Massive red flag.
