The Palm Centre Avis 

I received a phone call from the Palm Centre informing me that my payment hadn’t been received and that my wife would not receive her birthday present. I checked with my bank who confirmed that the money had left my account. Three subsequent calls to you still left me with no positive response. I therefore went elsewhere. Without explanation I then received the palm a day too late. Mistake on your part caused me stress and unnecessary expense.

Ordered a bird of paradise plant online,it was on offer and the price for the size of the plant was a no brainer. Too be honest I wasn't really expecting much, but when it arrived, extremely well packaged, it was beyond my expectations. It is a very healthy, tall well structured plant, I'm very happy with it.

Great plant, great price, well packed for transit and accurately described on website. Musa Basjoo already in it's permanent site and now looking forward to my next purchase, an Ensete to compliment the Basjoo. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Palm Centre to others.

Thank you so much for my beautiful Trachycarpus Fortunei. Finally got it planted in the garden and it’s a baby but looks beautiful. I’m using it as a privacy barrier amongst its beauty in my garden. First tree planted and I’m really happy with my choice.
Also can’t fault the staff at The Palm Centre tree arrived beautifully wrapped not one bit out of place. Very healthy tree. When calling to get advice very friendly and got proper advice how to plant and care for my tree. Thanks 😊

I ordered a mature olive tree for my sister's 70th birthday. It needed to be delivered on a specific day which was arranged without a fuss by phone. Excellent professional service by Rochelle who organized the delivery and handwritten card. A special thank you to driver Russell, who went out of his way (literally) and was so kind to my sister that she would have liked to have kept him and the tree!

Plants arrived, packed well, although were sat at deliverer's depot over the weekend after failed access. Although safe place was set up but not passed on.
Will purchase again from the company.

Good service and products

The whole experience was excellent. I have dealt with the Palm Centre before and they have never been anything less than very professional. My order was delivered today and I happened to be out. On my return I found that the box containing the Palm had been opened at the bottom by the driver to let the air into the box. Of course the driver wouldn’t have known how long I would be, so that was a nice touch.
The packaging was brilliant and the palm had been carefully prepared for its journey. The palm itself was of good quality.
So overall I was very impressed with the Palm Centre.
I would never deal with anyone else. Well done to all.
