I made two payments through Payssion — $30 and $10. Both transactions went through successfully, I have receipts and confirmation for both. Yet somehow, NONE of the funds ever appeared on my balance.
When I contacted support with full proof of payment — transaction receipts, screenshots, everything — they had the audacity to tell me I "never paid." Are you serious? I'm sitting here with bank statements showing the money left my account, and you're telling me it doesn't exist?
This is either gross incompetence or straight-up theft. Either way, it's unacceptable. They take your money, pretend it never happened, and then gaslight you when you try to get it resolved.
$40 might not sound like a lot, but it's the principle. If they're doing this to me, they're doing it to thousands of others. Do yourself a favor — use literally any other payment processor. These people will rob you blind and then act like YOU'RE the problem.
Avoid at all costs.

My issue with Payssion is that I was supposed to fund an App(Sms Virtual) and the only payment option was Payssion and I decided to fund the app only for me to deposit the funds and neither was the App funded or was my money refunded...Better Work on this or we the users will take legal actions.
dishonest company I bought a service from a website where payment was made by payssion they suspended the service and I lost my money I contacted payssion asking for a refund and they sent me an email saying they would check until today they never responded to my emails again, run away from this scam company

They took a payment via Neosurf voucher from me today and were supposed to convert it to cryptocurrency - it never reached my wallet/address.

They made the option for me to pay ideal on uniqso, i never received any communication to pay, they dont communicate and their site is really bad, they wrote me back a poor and short email with the worst information please stay away from this payment option and save yourself the trouble!!!!😭☠️
(Edit: they say pls check for us but they literally had me pay trough ideal payssion 24 jan 2024 when i placed my order, pls avoid this payment method bc they wont help you if you make a mistake)
If you ever get lenses from uniqso please choose anything but payssion its a hot mess

I just complained to you about being debited paying with my card and the payment was unpaid on z2u u said I should contact you at and since I contacted and sent a mail for you to look into it and refund me I haven’t hfotten any reply you are a bad company I got debited on a failed transaction and you don’t want to refund me back
I have had issues with my payment since September 7 and since then I have been reaching the support to clear the payment on issues for me so I can have my refund but they have given giving me filmsy excuses since that and I am left the loss of the fund. Till nothing was reversed yet. But I complain before you know it is not successful.
They are really poor to deal, very very bad experience with PAYSSION
I will never pay with them rather stop the payment.

I added $100 last night on a site called Farmskins through payssion and farmskins still have not recieved confirmation nor added the amount. Before that I topped up my account with $5 and this morning to test the service I added $5 of which I recieved the money. But with the large payment of $100 there is a issue. Their support team is horrible where you get a reply in 3-4 hours of which I only recieved 2 mails from them in 2 days. The issue is still not resolved. They don't give a receipt after payment. I have forward bank statements ect. I don't understand how none of the other payments before and after were not issues but that large amount I struggle with.

Deposited via Multibanco on Dmarket, my card was charged and after 7 days the deposit failed. After 10 days and some e-mails with proof of payment still not having my money back. I've been ghosted with no solution seen yet.
I want my money back.
