Same problem as everyone else that has problems here. Take the money, no refund, no diamonds. Tell me to wait, no reply and dont say its because it was under review because that doesn't take 3 days to just be seen and confirmed. It's 2020 and these mistakes still happen.

Excellent payment provider. We have been using them for about a year and they've allowed us to integrate with hundreds of local payment methods across countries around the world.
Highly recommended and their BDM Nana Li has been great to work with.
We have had an excellent experience with Payssion over the past months. The onboarding was straight forward and handled very fast by our account manager Feifei.
Most important, we have seen a noticeable difference that we are no longer losing clients that do not have traditional credit cards or that are based in countries were other online payments are the preferred payment method.
We are now switching over some of our other eCommerce sites also to Payssion as it definitely increases your bottom line.
Payssion Service has been amazing and Awesome, customer support on Skype is top notch, email response is less than 1hour and the team is well knowledgeable. Over 6months I have no complain or regrets using Payssion service.
A huge thank you to Payssion for sure Payssion to me is the best payment gateway.
I made 2 recharges to bigo both for $100 on same day 19th May 6.17pm and 4.10pm. It's alot of money to lose and although communication started good with Payssion and evidence sent, them communication stopped. Not happy that even with 3 forms of evidence of payment money has not come back. dissappointment is an understatement.

Payssion has been great for me. The support is outstanding and also on Skype. You get instant answers to any issues. They even help you app;ly for new gateways. Anyone looking for a payment gateway, and want local currencies with clients in various countries, then this is the one to get. I highly recommend this!
Previously always contact them via Email, notice they got good support via Skype. Fees are okay as well because of the conversion from banks(Understandable). Overall good gateway.
My experience with Payssion from day one has been great.
The onboarding was carried out by Nanna, she helped me at all times from the creation of the account to contacting the support team to solve the queries with the integration.
The product is stable, it works and it is all automated, we do not have to worry about manual procedures.

I have made a purchase AGAIN for $100 (NZD) BIGO diamonds but did not receive it AGAIN. I have made the same purchase on 22nd April but did not receive it. I got told to wait so that the money will be credited back within 3 days but did not get the money. Now I am out $100 again and did not receive what I purchased. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me when I use payssion to pay for BIGO diamonds. Please fix this ASAP. I have been emailing.

They have been pay service my website for 6 months. I had no problems. They have smooth and high quality services. They also have a support team that instantly returns to me whenever I want. There is no other company in the world that has so many different payment methods.
The best payment gateway I've ever used. I work with them for many years without any issue. You can easly receive payments trought paysafecard, sofort, BTC and many other services
This is the second time that I have been doing recharging to BIGO diamonds . But I haven’t received any diamonds . Are you guys running your business doing fraud with the people . I want refund or recharge . I have the receipt Nd the email receipt transaction.
