We contacted their business department…

We contacted their business department because we needed AV products for a large project. We were assigned a sales rep who never sent a quote and had to contact the sales manager. The sales manager gave excuses about being busy and understaffed so they assigned another sales rep with more experience; 7 years. We did finally receive a quote after 2 days of having to explain what we needed. When we were ready to purchase 2 days after the sales rep informed us the previous quote was no good, sent a new quote. The new quote all prices had increased and were so high we never purchased. We tried calling the sales manage again and no return call or email. Not professional and a waste of time.

I bought a DC motor (Boston PM908T-B) and,
The picture shown was latest model but I received old out-dated but functional one which I wouldn't to use it.
It is a purely wrong add as customer has to rely on what it shows.
End up buy new one and lost time.

PCM Lenovo 7010

The first Lenovo 7010 that was shipped to me was DOA. JOY Systems was very good about replacing the unit. On the whole it's a nice, fast PC that I'm satisfied with. My bad for not reading the fine print. It only came with a DVD ROM drive so I had to add an external DVD R/W. Would like to give you 4 or 5 stars, but the hassle of having to replace the DOA unit cost me 2 weeks so I can only give you 3 stars.

I received a phone call that my order…

I received a phone call that my order was on hold to verify I placed the order. The phone number left took me to a phone tree that kept disconnecting.

Transaction went well enough

Transaction went well enough, i dont care for the extra verification of credit cards though.
1 of my laptops are not as described and is not of same festures as other one. Setup is buggy on this one as well.

POOR DELIVERY

My computer and another small item arrived in a BIG box without extra stuffing. My items inside the big box were tossed, thrown etc etc and I ve reached out to the company on their return policy and nobody has responded. I made a BIG MISTAKE buying something from them. The delivery alone was awful and now I fee that I am stuck with a laptop that was thrown and tossed on its way to me because it was NOT properly packaged. And this is not a cheap item! Very dissapointed!

There were absolutely no problems. I have used PCM in the past and always received exactly what I expected.

Not Happy!!!

Ordered an item that the website said was in stock. very shortly got an email once order was placed telling me the item was back ordered and would take at least 3 weeks or more to get them in. I cancelled the order and will not order from them again. Not happy!!!

Very easy to order and had good supply of necessary inventory in stock for immediate delivery. Shipped same day which was great.
