From the 1st initial contact to job completion, the service was excellent. It’s a number I’m definitely keeping in my contacts.

The company made the whole process very smooth and straight forward. From my initial contact until the stairlift was fitted I was kept fully informed as to what was happening and when. The price quoted was far less than other companies I had approached, the office staff were courteous and Neil, the installer, went above and beyond in explaining all aspects of the stairlift, usage and maintenance. My overall experience with this company was excellent, I have passed on contact details to others and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, reasonably priced, stairlift from a company who goes that bit further to satisfy the customer.

Top class company. They not only gave me the best price for the old stairlift but the service was superb. Great communication before and on the day of removal. The engineer who removed the lift was very polite and considerate. Payment made in cash as soon as the lift was removed. absolutely delighted.

Overall, the installation is complete and we're happy with stairlifts. Jack was efficient and kept us up to date with progress - no complaints there.

However, the 'surveyor'/salesman R.W. is another story - useless. His perfunctory assessment was essentially 'it'll be fine, no problem'. I was a little surprised as there was a cabinet at the foot of the stairs, but he didn't seem to think it mattered and certainly didn't mention it.

When Jack attempted the installation he said there was a problem and that the surveyor would need to visit. R.W. turned up and said it was 'obvious' that the cabinet would need to be moved.

I pointed out he should have advised us so we could get it emptied and moved in preparation, but he just kept repeating 'it's obvious it needs to be moved'. Very unhelpful and borderline rude. As he was of no use and unhelpful I asked him to leave.

Jack and I then emptied the cabinet and moved it so the installation could resume.

If Reg had thought to mention it would be an issue we could have moved it in good time, avoiding hassle and delay. He was more keen on securing the signature of my 92 year old father.

We needed a stair lift quickly. Someone came to measure up the day after our phone call and 3 days later we had the stair lift fitted. Really pleased with the service and the chair.

This company were very quick to provide a quote and once a decision was made, installed the stairlift the next day. Installation was quick, no mess and communication was excellent. Jack, the young man who installed it, deserves a special mention, very polite and explained everything well. We opted for a reconditioned stairlift and all is working well, very pleased with the service. Have already recommended to a family member!

Made enquiry Monday morning came afternoon,very helpful,agreed price, fitted Tuesday! Would highly recommend.Particular thanks to Jack, who was polite and thorough!

Great service from beginning to end and stairlift was a great price and installed very quickly. Installer was very professional and explained everything at the end of installation. Can't fault this company.

Pc mobility recently installed a stairlift for me I was very pleased with them it was installed within a few days of me ordering it and were very fast and no mess what so ever were very pleasant people

I recently had my mobility scooter repaired at this service center and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the receptionist was dreadful—quite rude and condescending, which made the entire process frustrating from the start. The repairs themselves were exorbitantly priced and took several months to complete, which was much longer than I anticipated.

To make matters worse, the delivery prices were also very high. For instance, replacing a rear bulb cost me an additional £25.50 on top of the already hefty bill of £517.50 for two new batteries and a transaxle unit. While I understand that gel batteries are expensive, I have no idea about the cost of a transaxle unit, but the overall price felt over the top.

On a positive note, the work appears to have been done satisfactorily, but the poor customer service and high costs leave much to be desired. I would not recommend this service to others unless there are significant improvements.

I had arranged for a clients powered wheelchair to be picked up and taken away for a service. The receptionist said it would be a week so we arranged it for today (Friday 13th!!) and I was told it would be sometime in the afternoon and that I would receive a phone call.
So this I was out with my client with my phone waiting to get a call to say what time the pick up would be .... when I got a call saying the pick up guy was at the clients flat! I said that I was told it would be in the afternoon and the same receptionist said that she had left a message on my mobile last night to say the pick up would be between 11-2pm. I hadnt checked my messages and tried to explain that she had said she would ring me on the day. All she kept repeating over and over again very loud and abruptly was "I left you a message last night ....". After the fifth or sixth time and me saying that she could have rung me today (WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD!) she rudely said "Don't try to use us again". Like .... Der!!
So GET YOURSELF A RECEPTIONIST WHO KNOWS HOW TO COMMUNICATE PC Mobility Services!
Any other business or service would have rung again on the day in the morning to make sure the message had been picked up? Like, one minute out of her life this morning was just too much? And, as my client has certain disabilities and needs was why we were out ... another quick call to ask if we knew the service engineer was going to be there in 15 minutes would have been common courtesy. Nope ... just too much hassle.
And yes i did swear at her at the end of the call .... what an awful receptionist. What awful communication skills.
