We ordered stools from Peters Billiards and we love them. The craftsmanship and quality are A+. Our sales consultant was Rhonda, and she was very knowledgeable about the product.

They not only have the best selection of stools but the salesperson was very knowledgeable. He showed us the difference and knew everything without having to ask or look it up. We special ordered the chairs and they were exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier.

We love our new game room! From showroom to delivery Peters costumer care was exceptional. The delivery team worked with me to find the perfect layout, they were respectful of my home, and were there to answer any questions we had. The sales team was just that. We purchased a number of pieces so it took a few trips to finalize our choices and if our original sales person was not there the others made sure to treat us with the same care and made the process very smooth.

We were shopping for counter stools.
The selection was super large.
The staff was attentive, but, not intrusive which was excellent.
We tried out MANY of the stools and found exactly what we were looking for.
They place an order for us and they assumed that the order would take up to 8 weeks to come in, however, because the stools we liked were a staple of the store a previous order came in about 2 weeks after we ordered. So they were able to fullfill our order 2 weeks after our visit. Delivery was great.
Super happy with our experience. Recommend highly. (Not inexpensive).

From the day we went in to look at living room furniture until the delivery 6 months later it was a very positive experience.

We love our new stools!
We had a bit of a mix-up when we picked them up. Someone else had a very similar order and they sent home the wrong stools with us. We then had to repackage them, and drive back to the warehouse again. It was a bit of a hassle. We had hoped they would have offered to deliver them to us after their error.

We are repeat customers at Peters Billiards for a reason. Their service is always excellent, from the sales floor to the warehouse. As usual, the salesperson that helped us knew the product very well (Stressless recliner), and even offered suggestions about choosing the correct chair size and cushion style to make it as comfortable as possible for us. Having used the recliner for several weeks now, I can tell you he was spot on with his suggestions. He also walked us through the finish options and fabric selections, making the whole process painless. The chair had a long lead time due to its built-to-order nature and the pandemic. He made sure we were comfortable with the long lead time before we placed our order. It arrived when it was scheduled to, and the warehouse personnel were super helpful in loading our SUV, and positioning the chair so it wouldn't shift during our drive home. Peters Billiards was our first stop for a reason, and they lived up to our expectations. Thank you for the great service.

Even though Peters is the only dealer in town for Oldhausen, they did a great job of setting up our pool table and shuffleboard. They also worked with Oldhausen and got our shuffleboard to match the pool table. It wasn't offered on the website.

We've made multiple purchases from Peters. Always a pleasure to work with their team and quality of products always great.
