Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of Stressless chairs, did a special order and it was all done very professionally.

Chair top had a very tiny tear that was noticed by the warehouse worker when he put it together so they ordered a replacement cushion which was delivered to our house in about a week. Very pleased with this service and love the stools.

All went as promised. Product is great.

We have purchased many items from Peter's Billiards. The experience has always been great. There is no high pressure sales tactics - at all! The largest selection of chairs that I have seen anywhere and we even got on time delivery - this year! Highly recommend this neighborhood gem.

We had a wonderful experience at Peter's Billiards. They let us look around but also were there to answer any questions we had. They helped us narrow our search and once we picked the pool table we wanted they helped us through the process and picking out all the extras. The delivery and installation crew was professional, polite and did a great job. Would DEFINITELY recommend them to our friends looking for a pool table (and also furniture, it was hard to leave the showroom!)

I tried to order custom stools. after a month of not receiving samples, I gave up and ordered from in-store stock. Once ordered, it was less than a week for me to receive the stools. Sales and support staff are always friendly and polite.

Customer service is very good but we have been waiting for a fire pit paid for in early March. It was already ordered by Peters and delayed from a May delivery. Peters should offer additional discounts if delivery is delayed beyond a few weeks. We were told now it will ship in August so we hope to have it by September - 6 month wait for a product that was already ordered and fully paid for is crazy. The furniture we have is all very nice.

The pool table was awesome but during the delivery it had a couple scratches. The team that did the delivery do there best trying to touched up but it still visible. Other than that outstanding work.

Peters has the best selection of bar stools and counter stools that I've ever seen. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we had a minor problem, they attended to it immediately. Good follow-up when there were questions. Andrew was especially helpful.

Great selection of bar stools. We ordered and they turned out great. We did have to wait while they assembled at the ware house even though we had to make an appointment for the pick up which would mean they didn’t plan that very well. Otherwise all good.

My wife and I went in looking for patio furniture. They had a lot of nice things to choose from. The sales person was helpful but not pushy. We found what we wanted and they had it in stock. Had it delivered a couple of days later. We use it every day and all of our friends compliment on it.
