Warning - ULR Botnet, multiple company names
Every time I enter this website AVG gives a warning -jsdelvr.at is a URL botnet.
Then when I phone, just to be safe, my smart phone says the number is not Plum Xtra but Premier Gas Burnley.
Then to top it all, the price isn't inclusive of delivery but an extra £66.
A risk?
UPDATE.
I trust AVG virus check before any company.
Rather than dismiss this company, I phoned instead of buying on line because of the Virus Warning.
This company had the opportunity to clarify in the phone call but didn't. Instead they now chose to attack the customer.
Oh dear. Another red warning?

First, please be reassured that shopping with us is not a risk. PlumbXtra has been trading securely since October 2017. We are a sister company to Premier Gas Burnley, and we operate out of the same registered building.
You mentioned checking our phone number; while your smartphone's caller ID correctly displayed our sister company's name when you dialled, we have no record of a connected call, voicemail, or email from you to our team.
We would have gladly explained this over the phone had we been given the chance to speak with you.
Regarding the delivery fee, we always aim to be transparent with our pricing.
Our website states that we offer free delivery on many items, but this explicitly excludes boilers.
Because boilers are heavy and require specialised shipping, our distributors charge a premium for delivery. If we absorbed that cost, we would be operating at a loss.
We apologise if this wasn't immediately clear to you during browsing.
Finally, regarding the AVG antivirus warning: "jsdelivr" is a standard web tool used by millions of safe websites to load content quickly. Sometimes strict antivirus software flags these tools by mistake (a false positive).
However, we take your security very seriously and have passed this on to our web developers to investigate.

Looking to buy a designer vertical radiator, found PlumbXtra who offered the Kartell K-Rad Aspen Vertical Radiator at a good price. Called a couple of times to verify dimensions etc, phone always answered promptly and helpful answers given. Placed order on Thursday at 2pm, radiator and valves received next day at 11.30am. Amazing service, will definitely use again.

Customer service was absolutely non…
Would love to add the evidence Sammy but you have stopped me doing so, will do my very best to add it where ever I can. Customer service was absolutely non existent and lie after lie. These people also have a site on Ebay called Premier plumbing. Advertise an item for a price and never got one in stock but do have at an extra cost and then tell you to go to Plumb Extra. Took my money on Ebay for a buy it now boiler on Ebay then took my money and took 3 weeks to get it back. Guy called Sammy just lies from the minute you talk to him. If you want to be messed about then this is the company to use as they are the "BEST". As for lying and customer service then I will give them 10 out of 10. Your choice but be warned 🙏

Excellent Service
Contacted Plumbxtra on 6th Feb 2026 at approximately 4pm to confirm that they had the two radiators in stock which I was looking for. (I had ordered from another company two weeks previously and was let down).
I spoke to Yusus, who was extremely helpful and professional. He asked that I order them online then call back which I did. He confirmed the order and said he would try to get them delivered on Monday 9th February as I had missed the cut off time. All relevant paperwork was emailed to me and true to his word the items were delivered on the Monday.
On the whole a fantastic experience and excellent customer service from Yussuf. Will certainly do business with the company again.
Highly Recommended.

Also thank you for and to your delivery driver who was very professional and punctual as he made contact prior to delivery and dropped my order off exactly as you said he would, nothing was a problem for him and please give him my highest regards.
