I shopped around online for a shower tray by using the SKU code and found Plumb Xtra Ltd were the cheapest online by a few pounds.

I checked them out on TrustPilot and made the decision to place the order.

Within a couple of hours they called me and asked when I would prefer delivery and one option was the following day (this phone call was roughly 1-2pm in the afternoon).

7:40am next day I get a knock on the door from the delivery guy who left the tray exactly where I asked.

5 Stars. Will definitely use again.

Purchased KRAD Aspen radiators on 2 different occasions. Each times had phone call to confirm order and a update on the delivery. Love the new radiators, great service and good price. Thanks.

Excellent service. I had a phone call within an hour of placing the order to update me on stock and the anticipated delivery, and another a day later to confirm dispatch. Quality radiator and well packaged. The delivery driver helped me get it to the right place in the hours (it was heavy!) Would definitely come here first for any future purchases.

This is my second review of Plumbxtra just recieved my second order, I can’t fault this company second order placed was every bit as good as my first, placed my order online, got a phone call from them within 15 minutes, I was on my phone at the time, so they left a message on my answer machine asking for me to ring them back, at this point I thought maybe there was a problem with my order, phoned them back and was pleasantly surprised that they was actually phoning me to clarify that I’d be home the following day as my order would be arriving then, day of delivery I got a phone call from the delivery guy saying he’d be delivering my order within the next hour, I asked him if he could possibly ring me when he arrived as there’s no road in front of my property so I would have to come out and let him deliver at the rear of my property, the driver was so courteous and nice, rang me as soon as he arrived. Item I ordered arrived well packaged. I’m leaving this second review as I’ve been totally amazed at there whole order/delivery process. My home as been under a total renovation process now for 2 years and I’ve had to deal with umpteen companies along the way. But Plumbxtra has been well ahead of any company I’ve had to deal with. The website clearly states "delivery to mainland UK only" yet when I called yesterday they said they do not deliver to Dunfermline (which is mainland UK). At a minimum the website needs updating.

Excellent service supplying radiator delivered in 24 Hours. Despatch confirmed by phone and delivered politely and expertly. Price good too. Sets a standard others seldom meet.

What can I say? This has to be by far, hands down the most professional e-commerce business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed my order on a Monday morning and within 15mins I received not just a confirmation email but also an actual phone call from a real person (The lovely BEN!) to say that the good news was my radiator was indeed in stock and could be delivered the following day Tuesday. I was also asked if there would be somebody in to sign for it as they didn't want a failed delivery and the hassle of that for me given it was such a large heavy item. I ask if I could be given a time slot and was advised if I called back on Tuesday morning, I could get a 2hr window. The rad was delivered on time and in tip top condition and has now been fitted (see pic). All in all, a wonderful experience and I have since ordered 4 more of the same style rads with the same exceptional experience from a customer service point of view. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to purchase high quality designer radiators. BEN is phenomenal and has the best telephone manor and communication skills I have come across. +++++++++ Rating!!! Oh and by far the cheapest I could purchase!!

ordered 11 radiators which were delivered the following day, a seamless transaction with no fuss, rapid delivery and easy to deal with , the radiators themselves look great and are well made, the designer radiators give off plenty of heat unlike previous ones ive had before.

Great experience - We placed our order for a radiator about 1 pm and it was delivered by 8.15 am the next day. Plumbxtra was also considerably cheaper than other merchants selling the same product.

Ordered a radiator and got a call from them an hour later to coordinate delivery. Later found I had ordered the wrong size and was outside 2 week return period. Called them up and they arranged product exchange within the week for no extra charge.
