We have been customers for two gender reveals and love their products!! The golf ball was so fun and for our next baby we used the cannons for our whole family!! It was an amazing experience we will never forget, everyone seeing the pink dust and confetti made for a beautiful photo of our special moment!!

Tori and Jon were so helpful throughout the whole ordering process. They walked me through helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. The items were delivered fast and securely. The actual reveal itself was better than I could have ever imagined. They are truly the best.

We bought 2 of the confetti/ streamers/ smoke cannons for our gender reveal (over $80). They are tiny and honestly pathetic not much to them when you shoot them off. You are better off buying the cheaper ones from hobby lobby or amazon, honestly a waste of money. And to top it off they are super hard to twist and set off. Ruined our gender Reveal. If I could go back and not purchase from here I would not have. Disappointed. Want to save others from wasting there money and a moment that only happens once.

Would NOT RECOMMEND! We bought 4 cannons and spent a good amount of money. One cannon didn’t pop and I emailed Jon and he was unprofessional and combative blaming us for turning it the wrong way. In the video that I sent him you could tell we turned it the right way. The company is a joke and doesn’t take accountability for a product that failed. Save your money and get your cannons somewhere else.

This company is horrible in every sense of the word. My sister knew our gender and shipped is the appropriate cannons. My husband and I did a confetti reveal at home, just the two of us. His cannon did not go off! I did a lot of research and these are supposedly the best products out there. Whaaat?! Jon was combative, argumentative, and straight up rude when I contacted the company about our experience. I had to send multiple videos and he blamed my husband for turning it the wrong way (even though the video showed he did it correctly). Jon offered to refund us $4.95 for the cannon not working. You want to give me that for a once in a lifetime precious irreplaceable moment that your garbage products ruined? I told him to keep it. I tell everyone I know not to use these products now.

These people are HORRIBLE. My poppers came full of dust around and completely stained on top. I reached out for a return and the denied me! They originally stated that I couldn’t do a partial refund so I was willing to send back the whole package and they still said no! They just want your money. Do NOT buy from them trust me! If you have any issues they will not help you.

I purchased 4 cannons at $40 each; 2 blue, 2 pink. My best friend gave us the appropriate color cannons (unlabeled for surprise). When we fired them, they malfunctioned, and instead of confetti, streamers and powder shooting 35 feet into the air… a pile of blue powder wrapped in blue tissue paper shot out of each (one landing on my nearby purse) and the other materials came out half heartedly. I contacted the company to get at least a partial refund for the two we used, but they refused because I didn’t have a video of it. I at least thought they would want more information so they could check their other cannons, maybe made the same time mine were, to make sure they wouldn’t malfunction also.

Thank you so much for a wonderful product! The powder/confetti/streamers cannons were amazing! We also ordered the XL golf ball and it was good - but nothing beats the spectacular display from those cannons. We had the expecting mom and dad each do one and it was beautiful. Thanks again for a product that punctuated a beautiful moment in such a celebratory way. ❤️

Terrible experience! I was asked to do all this for my friends so it could a surprise for them. First Etsy gave me a 504 server error so I completd a 2nd order. was charged twice. The owner is arrogant and has absolutely no accountability. Has no phone number for him or Etsy and is VERY upfront he will not refund your money. He just said you knowing ordered twice, no call, nothing and could not offer a refund because they shipped. I was charged $136 on for express shipping on each order. Packages did not arrive on time and again "not his Fault". The birth couple wants their money back and stress cause by the lack of any empathy is beyond me. I started tracking the packages 2 days before the event and found out I paid $272 in shipping for a single box with $35.98 in postage on 68 dollars of product. when it finely showed up after the event in the regular mail according to the post office we refused it. The event went off and had to get some cannons at Walmart the day of. I tried filing a complaint with Etsy but my orders were removed from my profile. I am guessing for review purposes, and I was unable to open a case. Yes he has all 5 star reviews on etsy but I am guessing he does this to block anything average or negative. I filed complaints with pay-pal which went ignored by the seller. And now working with the bank. He has a niche but upsetting so many expecting parents shame on you Jon.

I was so excited to order from this company because their products looked amazing. I spent over $200 to make my sister's gender reveal special. I ordered expedited shipping and everything. But my order never came. The owners had reached out to me to ask what color I wanted tester cannons to be. I didn't know because I just assumed when I put my order in that they had all the information they needed. It wasn't until we put in a complaint at etsy that they reached out to us again, but my sister's gender reveal had already taken place. (We were fortunate enough to have ordered backup cannons on Amazon for $20.) It's amazing how fast the poof there it is order got sent to my house when they discovered there was a complaint. We let them know we wanted a refund because we had no need since the gender reveal had already occurred. No response. Now the box is just sitting here and I'm short $200. I think this company could be great with better customer support.

The cannons were beautiful. We loved the smoke and streamers. My friend purchased the priority shipping, so we received the cannons on time.
We chose the largest size, and purchased two. Our intention was for both my husband and I to pop them at the same time, along with the rest of our family who was popping smaller ones.
The cannons were extremely hard to pop, we twisted and twisted. All the little cannons went off first because they were easier to twist. But since the large ones were so difficult it took my husband a while to pop his, and we both did mine.
If I were to re do this experience, I would have only purchased one cannon, and had my husband and myself pop it both at the same time. Instead of having all the cannons pop at different times.

Terrible, they didn't arrive on time. and then when they did arrive they didn't even work and we bought seven of them.And they didn't even go off they were all duds. Huge waste of money and the customer service people were very rude when we tried to reach out to them over the problems.

Spent almost $400 on cannons with confetti plus streamers but NO streamers! SO disappointing! Don't mind spending money but really would have liked to have gotten what I paid for!

Unfortunately we received the package with the incorrect color, so when we popped the cannon we thought we were having a girl but that was incorrect our friend notified us that the cannons were supposed to be blue as that was what he emailed in to Jon. A refund was issued however an apology was never made and would have gone a long way.

This company is awesome! They have a ton of different sports related products to choose from that you can do some really fun stuff with. Would highly recommend Poof there it is for all types of sports fans.

I have had a lot of friends use this product and the pictures and parties are always amazing. These products make finding out who are welcoming into you family so much fun in a very special way. I have 4 kids and would only use “poof there it is.” I HIGHLY recommend this company they only supply the best!

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered the gender reveal golfball for our friends' gender reveal party, and it shipped the same day (thank goodness, because I waited until the last minute). We also ordered from of their decorations (tassels/garland, confetti-filled balloons), and it all shipped fast and was delivered in good shape. I ordered on Etsy, and when I messaged the store with shipping questions, Jon was really helpful and quick to answer. The party was last weekend, and everything went perfectly- would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Tori was amazing and answered all my questions and even reached out to my doctor to find out the gender so we could have a complete surprise reveal. This company offers outstanding customer service! Our cannons came fast and the instructional videos were so helpful to give us the perfect reveal.
