I’ve been ordering for 3 years to Sweden and it’s the best lashes I’ve found, the customer service is always helpful, LOVE them.

I previously wrote a bad review on here as I hadn’t received my order , poundlashes have since contacted me to explain that there was a misprint with the address labels an they have now sent me my original order and a free pair for the delay ! I’m really happy that they finally came and Thankyou for the free pair , I will be ordering again and I revoke my previous review !! ☺️

Always used a different brand of lashes before and nothing even come close. Thought I’d give these a try as a friend had recommended them and they are a lot cheaper.
Was not disappointed, ordered from here loads of times now. The price does not reflect the quality of the lashes. They are just as good as the mink lashes I used to buy from a different brand. Their Adhesive is really good too.
Only reason I give 4 stars is because when I find a pair of lashes I like, they are always out of stock when I come to order them again.
However they are always bringing out new designs so it might suit people who like to try something new every time.

Ordered 5 really hard to find items for an absolute bargain price to Tenerife, all arrived in good order in only 3 weeks - a miracle on this island. It looks like they're sent standard registered post which is better here than courier and more reliable. This was my test order, so I'll be ordering more! Very pleased.

I never received my parcel, and when you contact after millions messages, you don’t get a reply, if you check there instagram comments there are many people complaining not receiving there packages, such a shame I’ve purchased few times before and I did at the time received my package, not sure what’s gone wrong?

DON'T ORDER - ordered last year with no problems but now believe some of the items on the site don't exist. They post on social media whilst ignoring emails, comments and DM's. Order 265084 marked as shipped on 4 April, it's now 11 days later and the tracking says the items haven't been received by courier. Money has been taken (over £200 order). Will redact this review if issue is resolved or I am contacted. I advise you check out their instagram comment section.

Awful communication have sent multiple emails and messages on social media platform about my order I've had no response ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and no idea where my parcel is but happily taken my money. Scammers.

I ordered some make up and it never arrived this website had promise to be a good and affordable make up seller I won't buy from them again as I asked for a re send of what I ordered and that still didn't come however I did get a re fund

Ordered like 4 weeks ago never received an order in the start they replied back saying oh we will dispatch you with a special delivery but never received anything It is SCAMM don’t order from this website

Order not received and no one will return my emails

Ordered on the 7th February and still haven’t received my parcel, emailed, messaged on TikTok and Instagram - received an email back asking to wait 21 days, emailed after 21 days and now being completely ignored. Such a shame people have had to leave reviews to get any response from this company!!

Purchased my order 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any items I reached out to customer support who sent short unprofessional and unhelpful replies saying it can take 21 days with Royal Mail when the website advertises 5 day deliveries. No tracking has been sent and just all seems very fraudulent. They have not offered to refund or resend my order. I have then checked reviews on here and realise this is an ongoing thing they are scamming people with. Opening a dispute with my mode of payment so hoping to be refunded soon. Do not use this company!

For missing half my items, you didnt even write a note or even email me. I had no way of contacting you. Even during these 20 days there was no reply when Paypal sent you a message. I had to wait for Paypal to refund me.

1st and last time i would order from here.
