Precision Motor Group Avis 

Extremely poor aftersale care, was told they would source and fit a missing part for my car, it is now three months on from the sale and I have had no updates. I have no chase periodically with no updates other than "we will chase" terrible aftersale care has overshadowed a a reasonably good experience.

Brilliant dealers very helpful and professional, would definitely recommend them 10/10 service.

First class vehicle, preparation with new MOT & service at a good price. Bought online and flew 500 miles from Scotland to collect car, the team kindly picked me up from nearby rail station. Would recommend.

Very good experience with this dealership. They were very helpful, quick and professional. The Audi a5 I got on finance it’s in great condition and I haven’t had a problem since I got it. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We were a bit hesitant, but don’t be put off by the location. They are lovely people, approachable, not pushy salesman at all. Good quality cars for sale, we brought a ford kuga, great price, great service. They did an updated MOT and service. We have had the car for over a month now and no problems what so ever.

Sad to see I’m not the only one who was sold a dud by this lot.

Paid £6995 for a Mini Cooper SD. Apparently it was subject to a rigorous health check before I could pick it up. An oil leak was noticed a mere day or two after owning. Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. I ended up having to contribute towards the repairs! In fairness, so did these guys, but the garage who carried out the repair said this leak should’ve/would’ve been picked up on any health check, let alone a rigorous one!

Brakes needed replacing after less than 500 miles of ownership.

Now 14 months into ownership, I’m told another oil leak, this time inside the engine means it needs a full replacement. Precision offered to buy the car back off me for £500! After asking for £750, having refused to put any more money into a car clearly not fit for purpose, they declined, saying “we aren’t interested as the car is now a Cat N”!

It isn’t a Cat N. I just refuse to plough any more money into an absolute skip of a car, sold to me by a bunch of cowboys at a flash car ranch who can’t even get the basics right.

I wouldn’t buy another car off this lot and I’d implore every else to really think about whether they should too.

Really pleased with my experience at Precision Motor Group: booked an appointment early morning, was really welcome on my arrival, felt I had the time to look and ask questions about the car brand/model I was interested in.
A test drive was offered to me, and purchased a car with only a small deposit… that was delivered same day in the afternoon, serviced, taxed and cleaned!
