Premier Inn At Home Avis 

I find the mattress rather hard. I’ve had to buy a topper to sleep on it.
Delivery men need training. They foolishly brought the new mattress into the bedroom before removing my old one. It didn’t need much room for manoeuvre. They were pleasant enough though.

Quick delivery and great product. I have both the firm and the soft pillows, both are great.

Complained at front desk and was moved rooms. Still had problems in new room that walls and ceiling were SO thin with NO insulation, so could hear guests in all directions using facilities all night. I was constantly woken up. I did not have a good night sleep as per guarantee. Manager replied to email complaint and first claimed I didn't tell the front desk, which I did because I was moved rooms, and then replied and completely ignored the poor insulation and sound disruption all night. Then the customer service representative on phone said that the lack of insulation was just a feature of the building, but if a building does not have adequate insulation to be a hotel, it should not be a hotel. Please refund my night as per your guarantee.

Easy to order picked the date I wanted for delivery. Update on times on the day.

I brought 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows. I am really pleased with them, had pillow protectors with them, good quality and good value for money. They were presented well, and delivered on time. Very pleased.

Very happy with the new mattress and the service we have received

Delivery was good. The bed and headboard were set up for me.
I absolutely love the bed. Makes my room feel like a hotel.
The bed is comfortable, the headboard feel luxurious and the added drawers give a little extra storage for bed linen.

It's hard but i suppose it will wear in it's average but it is better than the one we had which was a Silent Night let's see how it pans out this is not a complaint at all.

Stayed in an AirBnB which had these pillows and decided to buy some. Found the site on line and placed and order and they arrived in good time. Great pillows and good to see that they come with good protectors too!
I ordered firm, as this suits me, but other firm/soft options are available. These were half the price of an alternate choice I was considering... very, very happy!!!

Very good service the website is very good and easy to navigate. From ordering to getting my delivery everything was fine choosing a delivery date and on a Saturday made it so much better

It’s only been a little while since I have had the mattress, after this short period we are noticing significant sagging in the mattress. It’s formed two valleys and not very happy with the springs protrude from the sides.the workmanship is clearly substandard.

Easy to order, prompt delivery and good quality product

Product is great. Delivery caused some issues since they wouldn't leave it without a code but I was working so couldn't give the code to the family member at home. Took some time to convince them to leave it at the address on the order

Woke up every day with backache!
Luckily, Silentnight accepted my complaint and the mattress was collected, awaiting return of my money.

Bed was delivered promptly. Old mattress taken. New one very comfortable

After 2 good nights sleep at Premier Inn in Lingfield we decided to buy the mattress! Good value and quality and excellent customer service. Delivery guys were excellent too. Highly recommended.

Staff very attentive although I think they’re under staffed as they are trying to help out in kitchen while doin another job. But absolutely first class hotel.

Very easy to purchase and great product

I was kept up to date from order to delivery. The order was quick to complete online, and delivery easy to track. The delivery guys did a great job in delivering to the required room & swiftly taking away the old item. They were also quite pleasant.

Didn't have long to wait for delivery. Pillows came with protectors, which was a bonus in a nice zipped case. The pillows are lovely and comfortable at such a bargain price.
