Delivery on time by two very nice young men. Stayed so many times at Premier Inns & always find the beds so comfortable so decided to buy one & we are so pleased with it

Great purchase.
The process to select and order was very easy, the date given was spot on and we were contacted the day before, with an approxiamate time window, the guys that arrived were very polite and helpful and insalled thd bed just as we asked. One minor thing was we didnt get a call b4 on the day as stated, but it was ok.
The bed was just as ordered and were happy with our purchase.

No Aircon in rooms hotel stifling went home early as could not bear second night with a fan just blowing hot air as can’t fully open windows on arrival staff said welcome to the sauna poor staff had 2 fans on them

Mattress
Finally treated myself to a quality mattress. Whole process from ordering to delivery easy. Was kept up to date with texts and emails regarding delivery. Delivery guys polite and efficient, delivered to room, took all packaging and old mattress away which did cost extra but was worth it. Looking forward to many years of comfortable sleep now.

Total comfort all night and every night.
The sheer comfort of the mattress. We did invest in a topper as we noticed a slight indentation in the mattress and the indentation is less.
The thickness of the mattress makes getting in and out of bed much easier due to our advancing years - 75 and 79.
Quality comes at a price and the mattress is worth everything we paid for it.
The delivery was excellent, but next day delivery should read next working day as we were expecting the mattress on Saturday and had to wait until Monday.

I find the mattress rather hard
I find the mattress rather hard. I’ve had to buy a topper to sleep on it.
Delivery men need training. They foolishly brought the new mattress into the bedroom before removing my old one. It didn’t need much room for manoeuvre. They were pleasant enough though.

No Good Night Guarantee
Complained at front desk and was moved rooms. Still had problems in new room that walls and ceiling were SO thin with NO insulation, so could hear guests in all directions using facilities all night. I was constantly woken up. I did not have a good night sleep as per guarantee. Manager replied to email complaint and first claimed I didn't tell the front desk, which I did because I was moved rooms, and then replied and completely ignored the poor insulation and sound disruption all night. Then the customer service representative on phone said that the lack of insulation was just a feature of the building, but if a building does not have adequate insulation to be a hotel, it should not be a hotel. Please refund my night as per your guarantee.
