EVERYTHING from start to finish was amazing! 🤩 So easy to order, great customer service, delivery was fantastic, the guys wouldn't leave until the mattress was in place and took all packaging away, so polite and helpful and the mattress is so comfortable and at such a reasonable price, we are VERY happy customers 🙂 We're so pleased with it we have decided to buy 3 more for our other beds, when we've finished paying for this one 🤣

Not as comfortable …
I was excited to get my new mattress but although the delivery was first class I’m not finding my mattress as comfortable as yours when I use premier inn.

Comfortable mattress at a fare price.
Comfortable mattress.
Firm edge which is helpful when sitting on the edge of the mattress.
We already have the same mattress on another bed which we were pleased with and why we ordered this one.
Cost at least as good as comparable mattresses by other manufactureres.

Really good stop over when I am visiting
Always use premier inn when I am visiting friends and family as it’s so nice and relaxing and the food is very good too

Excellent service from start to finish. Two men delivery, very polite, placed bed on frame, removed all packaging. Mattress extremely comfortable mattress best sleep I’ve had in years.

Great experience
Great experience, super comfortable bed that has reduced my back pain. The delivery was great, a phone call before they got here, they carried it to Hy room, built it, took away the packaging, but I bought my own headboard elsewhere and they even attached that too which I wasn't expecting. Really happy with that service.
