Great experience
Great experience, super comfortable bed that has reduced my back pain. The delivery was great, a phone call before they got here, they carried it to Hy room, built it, took away the packaging, but I bought my own headboard elsewhere and they even attached that too which I wasn't expecting. Really happy with that service.

My new firm pillows no use to me
My new firm pillows were delivered fine, but I find them unusable.
They are very thick and unyielding just like trying to use straw.
I've stayed in several Premier Inns but never had pillows anything like those delivered to me.
Tried them for several nights but have given up and will seek new pillows elsewhere.

Strange is'nt it
Strange is'nt it. You wake up after a 'bad' night's sleep, and know about it straight away. Go away for a few nights and, on day two, realise you've had two good nights sleep, and no aching back!
And so it was. Back home, I was straight on the PC and ordered the Premier Inn mattress. Next day delivery if ordered before 14:30. Great delivery, very helpful guy's, old mattress taken. Three weeks of bliss since. Don't delay, buy yours today
