Our American Office:We eliminate the language barrier by having full-time customer service and pre-press departments run from our Chicago office. We’re here to answer all of your questions, and to make sure everything about your order comes out exactly the way you intend it to. We also help you make sure your files are set up exactly right to prevent any surprises.
Our Chinese Office:We eliminate the international logistics and accountability problems by having full-time printing and logistics departments run from our Shenzhen office. Our team in China is at the printing factory regularly, doing press checks and quality control to make sure that every item we print meets our incredibly high standards.
Our Logistics Experience:We have the established trade channels to get books from the factory right to our customers’ doors with as little hassle as humanly possible. We even offer freight forwarding, air shipping, split shipping, and guaranteed delivery dates for expedited orders. We take care of all customs and importing paperwork and processes for customers in the USA and Canada, and for customers, in other countries we help guide you through the import process step by step.

An honest review
So far everything has been great and right on schedule. The quality of the hardcover that I got was actually better than I was expecting which was a huge relief! The only thing left is the quality of the books when they get in the hands of the customer. The couple books that I've inspected have been great! As of right now I would say that I'm very happy!

Frustrating.
When I was younger, I would have trouble with my homework so I’d ask my mother for help. She’d point out what was wrong but never taught me how to fix the errors and the process of making this book was a lot like that.
At times, I had no idea what I was doing, and the “help” I had from the team was simply telling me what was wrong but not necessarily showing me how to fix the problems.
I went back and forth with the team and I made the requested changes but only made more errors because I didn’t know how to fix the errors.
The book looks fine. The cover is off and the paper used seems lighter than what I had thought but I’m overall happy with the product.
Even more, I’d contact my team with a simple question and wouldn’t hear back until the end of the work day. Then I’d have to wait another 24 hours for a reply, which pushed the book back weeks, possibly more than a month, and the frustration grew.
Overall, it was a frustrating process and I felt like I was alone in the process. Not sure that I’ll do this again.

We can confirm that our response times were never more than one business day (which is what we list for typical response turnaround time based on high volume). It appears the majority of responses were actually made within the same business day. Laura has reached out to solicit further feedback, if you are willing, on what could have been improved in terms of the Prepress process, as well as your noted issues with the cover and paper selection. While we do see that Jen was very diligent and thorough in her responses, we do welcome any and all constructive feedback when it comes to how we can provide better service and communication. We absolutely want to make things right so we can partner with you on a future project!
You need to improve the help and make the life of the customers easy
I can't say that the company has a low quality of final products. But their methods of communication and provided "help" information are a bit... let's just say UNFRIENDLY. Tonnes or articles with polygraphic terms... for whom??? For the commoner who just wants to print his own book??? I'm not sure. Their "help" is some kind of Minotaur's labyrinth. What did they want to say (or to do) making this "help" so complicated? I saw so many print services in the USA that have easy-to-understand, compact forms of order, useful and simple tips. As I say - this was made for PEOPLE, not for AI or cool professionals as I see it in printninjia. I'm 100% sure they lost many customers because of all these things. Not every person can hire a designer to make him or her look through numerous nonscence articles, so.... Guys, can you make the life of your customers easy and make compact and easy-to-understand info for order - one-two pages, please? And also some basic templates for inner blocks of the books? Your feedback was not helpful: you didn't help but just sent the links to those lo-o-o-ong boring articles, that makes me sleep...

We've been an excellent resource for people new to the printing world for years - as evidenced by our many 5-star reviews noting our excellent customer service. There are limits to what we can offer with our services, but when that happens, we're always friendly and helpful in pointing people to other resources.
We reached out last week with a request for a bit more information about your experience given we could not find your name in our system. While it's true there is a lot of information presented to our customers, we have found that a wealth of knowledge shared with our customers is preferable to a synopsis that might not communicate vital information. We do not use AI to write the articles on our website, and the information provided has been cultivated through years of human real-world experience. We always recommend the investment of a hard copy proof if color reproduction is crucial for your project. The printed product will always print darker than what you view on a digital screen as the artwork is not backlit by light. None of our customers have ever regretted the peace of mind the hard copy proof provides. We always welcome constructive criticism of our process. As a fully custom printer, we are not in a position currently to process templates for every possible variation of a project. That being said, it's certainly somether we can consider once an order has been placed. Thank you for the recommendation.

Quality First
I think, for me, the Print Ninja team understood that first and foremost I wanted to produce a high quality book. They paid careful attention to every detail – but honestly, the best part was that when I uploaded (and re-uploaded, and re-re-uploaded) the book files, no one gave me any grief about the extra work. They understood I was just trying to make it the best book I could, and so every time I sent ANOTHER revised PDF, it was just accepted with a cheerful "Great! We'll get to work on it!" That attitude meant everything to me, and I'm looking forward to producing more awesome books with Print Ninja.

This was a new adventure for me
This was a new adventure for me, and the start of my business. I was so nervous from the very start. I made that known to PrintNinja.
