Bought home insurance on line via a comparison site, excellent full cover for buildings and contents including some elements as standard. Additional benefits reasonable priced. On line via App or paper documents.

They have been able to help sort out a number of issues arising over time and always making sure I understood everything before making a decision myself. I've just renewed my cover with them for another year. I am well pleased with their services.

Car insurance renewal
Though I’m happy to renew,I’m not happy it went up by a lot. But got it reduced a bit when called about it. Still more than last year though. Always pleasant to speak to when I call and did their best to get it down. I will get other quotes for next year.
