My premium was 350£ no claims for 5 years.renewal was £500.00! Other providers for exact same cover or better around £350. Stay away go with someone else who cares about customer loyalty.

renewal process
When I renewed my car insurance in February I requested a hard copy be sent . I received nothing until I made another request last week and then received a policy document quoting an inflated premium which I had not accepted and not paid . I am still waiting for the correct documents
