Went to the Bury St Edmund’s branch , both staff members we saw were very attentive and knowledgeable on the products we brought , very good customer service

Fantastic experience with Procook…
Fantastic experience with Procook recently. My milk frother wasn’t working very well, called and was sent a new one out the next day. They let me keep the old one to have a spare jug. Really great service

I was the only one in the shop, so great 1 on 1 service, the young lady that served me was very helpful and knowledgeable, came away with the perfect wok, excellent quality, a lot of happy cooking is going to be had. Thank you
