Went to the Bury St Edmund’s branch , both staff members we saw were very attentive and knowledgeable on the products we brought , very good customer service

Great experience shopping in Bury St Edmunds, nice to use an independent shop with a real sales person who was so helpful. We made our purchase and happily it is perfect for our needs. Will be back again to see what else we need. Great shop, great sales person.

Great Customer Service
Always assisted in my purchases. I was allowed to test the knives, get recommendations and take my time with my purchase. I was also reminded of the 3/20 deal before I checked out.
