Helpful and polite customer service and helped to make informed choice about which knife would suit my needs better.
I love the range of quality crockery available , staff were friendly and helpful and took time packaging our order and assisted us to carry it to our car packed outside of the shop...
The sales advisor…sorry I didn’t get her name, had the most incredible knowledge of pans and guided me through all the options. Who knew how interesting pans can be 😁 The Elite Tri-Ply Ceramic Coate... Voir plus

A very impressive store.
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the wide range cookware that I could use for my induction hob. Also, I liked the specialty cooking utensils that could be useful around the kitchen. Finally, the prices were reasonable for exceptional quality cookware.

The shop is a delight
The shop is a delight, everything is laid out to make shopping easy. We know the brand well and the quality at affordable prices. We were shopping for a large ‘not non stick pan’ for our son, the assistant was so helpful, just what we needed to make sure we were purchasing the right pan for his needs.

Always friendly helpful staff
Always friendly helpful staff. Some items can be a bit overally expensive but at same time they always have good quality stuff for cheaper and their deals are very good. My rechargeable coffee grinder, which cost £20 is like the best thing ever, works perfectly and have freshly grounded espresso coffee every day as result, who needs to spend tons of money on a fancy grinder.

Got great easter day sales
Got great easter day sales, toyha's customer service was spectacular she helped us decide on the correct pots and pans that we'd be using for every day cooking. She helped us get everything we wanted and even offered to hold onto our stuff until we move into our new home. Would highly recommend this store.
