The staff member was unhelpful and spent much of the time on her phone. The way she spoke to me made me feel belittled and uncomfortable.

Went in looking for a new frying pan…
Went in looking for a new frying pan and was guided to selection and differences between options explained. Went with the tri ply due to overall size and durability.

There was no "hello" or "good morning, how can I help". The assistants were talking about their and their friend's personal lives. Not what a customer wants to hear.
