Just 'discovered' this amzing shop. If you need a knife or other kitchen item of excellent quality you need to check it out. There was a lively lady who could answer my questions. Well done!

That the staff are helpful and not pushy.
A few weeks ago I purchased a toaster and as your assistant 'Steven' was so helpful I decided to have him serve me when I purchased a blender and smoothie maker and glass digital scales and, as on the previous occasion, he was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great customer service
This is an edited review as ProCook responded to my initial review and kindly refunded me fully, as the product did not work. I was not looking for a refund but was being honest about the product I purchased. That is exceptional customer service ProCook, very kindly appreciated
The service and environment are very nice. I bought an egg slicer but the blades are not sharp enough to slice a boiled egg.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the egg slicer didn't meet expectations. We'll investigate the blade sharpness issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention we have refunded this for you.
Wholly inadequte instructions
The Apple Peeler is a good product which is effective, but the written instructions are completely inadequate and misleading. It's frustrating having to look up multiple YouTube videos to find information that should be included with the product. For example, correct adjustment of the cutting blade is essential before first use to avoid losing too much of the apple's flesh.

It's good quality. Base of the pot is heavy and spread the heat equally. I'm very happy with the product.
