The staff found exactly what I wanted (saucepan with strainer lid suitable for induction hob). Very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The saucepan is great too!

A really well laid out shop with just about everything you need for a kitchen. Some high end products but also high quality products at reasonable prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.
We have visited a few times and always come away pleased.

We were greeted by staff as soon as we entered the store. Both were friendly and helpful, but not in the least pushy. Although we didn’t buy what we went for, we bought other things and came away with ideas for future purchases.
The product qualities were really good and the prices were very good. We have other ProCook products at home and we love them
