Happy customer!
This was my fourth visit over the past few months. Twice to have a tyre checked, once for an MOT and my last visit to have two new tyres fitted.
Each time I was very satisfied with the service and respect I received. Nothing was too much trouble, everything explained and all done so cheerfully.
I fully recommend Protyre.

Four new tyres needed. Given quotes in the morning, time for replacement in the afternoon. Took 45 minutes, and final bill was less than the quote. very efficient.

The tyres were fitted very well…
The tyres were fitted very well however, the time involved of 1.5 hours was twice as long as I was advised it would take.
Otherwise everything was all good.

Tyres fitted -Branch very busy
Be prepared to wait awhile. Took nearly two hours for an approximate 1 hour appointment, I could see the branch was extremely busy but I had not realised that you were undertaking so many mechanical repairs. The name Protyre suggested to me that you mainly dealt in tyres but apparently only one machine available for car tyres. Other than that happy with price point and customer service.

Love the waiting area. You can relax at the waiting area with their comfy chairs with free coffee. 45mins MoT of my car is done and gave me further info about my MoT. Top job. Cant wait for my next MoT.
