Puji went 'the extra mile' to help us ship some other furniture from Indonesia which we would otherwise have had to write off. Friendly people, lovely furniture.

I have bought from Puji before, but this time it was a bit (I feel bit is an understatement actually) of a challenge!! I recognise that you have had staff absence due to a bereavement and this is very sad and also website issues. But it took me numerous attempts to order the product required which went on weeks. finally my order was placed and now I have been waiting since the 13th August for my order (not even sure if it has been dispatched, as no e-mail note has been sent. in my account it says it has been shipped, but when?!? no idea). I avoided the first request for feedback, but now I feel it only right I comment.

Not good service on this occasion. sorry.

Solid furniture, very happy with the bookcase. Communication a bit slow, but the delivery guys were brilliant and cleaned the item before they brought it into the house, which I wasn't expecting. A nice touch.

This was my first order with Puji.The order I made was on a 'back order' and did take a little longer to arrive than expected. I did call to inquire where my order was. They took more than 1 week to call me to let me know that it was a mistake and the product that i purchased was out of stock and they couldn't deliver it to me.. not a good first impression and experience

I ordered 2 x 4 Moroccan style mirrors and was delighted with the quality of the products. The mirrors were very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition and exactly as represented on line. I had to rearrange the initial delivery date which was easy to do and they arrived exactly as detailed, within the narrower time slot given on the day.

Fast even when the whole country goes into shut down due to the snow they still got the delivery through and very well package
