Really good and unusual items - well priced and unbelievable delivery service - next day arrival - which I didn't expect - Good selection for goods and the site is very true to the actual items.

I ordered a Puji Artisan TV unit some time ago and whilst it took ages to come in and be delivered - it was worth the wait - I love it! Puji were very good with letting me know about the delays and very apologetic. I recommend them.

Love the table I bought from Puji. Staff were very helpful and delivery was on time. Would have been 5 stars but the glass is lightly scratched on the table. Not enough to be bothered to take it back though.

I ordered an item online and discovered it was to be collected in store. When I phoned the person I spoke to was really helpful sorted the problem and the item arrived in a couple of days. Great customer service.

I purchased a 'light' natural-hide rocking-chair, available in light, medium and dark. The dark product was delivered with the explanation that each hide is different, so colour variation is to be expected. The sales staff were very helpful in fixing the issue - photos were taken and emailed of the alternative chairs they had available, but none matches the product shots displayed on the website. We are content with the colour of the replacement chair we have received, but it still in no way reflects the details online. Why do I say that quality lags behind? The chair is a rocking chair but 'tilts' when it rocks. The first one in the wrong colour did not do this and sat level, but the second chair is wonky/uneven. We are content to keep it because there is no other alternative piece in that colour; but it is disappointing that 'right first time' and stringent quality checks at point of manufacture and dispatch are not standard practice. This company could do SO well - they have so many products I like, but I shan't be buying again out of uncertainty as to what I might receive. The final point that Puji should definitely work on is order tracking. Other companies have an instant system - with Puji, you order on a Thursday, then get an isolated phone call from a 3rd party courier some 4 days later to book a delivery slot. A whole day window is allocated - there's no visibility of morning or afternoon etc, so you're homebound all day. This was particularly frustrating because the product had to be exchanged, therefore x2 whole days were lost, requiring disruption to work. In short - style over substance. If Puji can match the quality and 'customer experience' to their stylish design and product shots, then the company will be win/win. At present, that feels a little way off.

Very fast delivery and really like the mirror. Would be useful if it came with a wall-hanging option, as well as floor-stand.

Found what looked like a beautiful wall clock at the Puji site - had never heard of them and so was cautious - needn't have been as order process was simple, delivery prompt with a one hour slot given - and clock was well packaged and every bit as beautiful as viewed on line.

Great product and fantastic layout instore. Customer interaction and fun with me while I looked around and the guy was really genuine and has made me a fan of the store and website. Well done on winning a new customer and fan. 😉

I love the product and its sale price. puji were very helpful on the phone pre order. The delivery process was poor / very poor. Limited information given about the delivery time and process by Puji with no indication of which company was delivering the parcel. I received a txt from ukmail but none of the their reference numbers matched a puji reference number and as I was expecting multiple deliveries I wasn't sure which parcel it was. I waited at home through the suggested delivery windows. day one a card was slipped through my door saying delivery had been attempted, but no doorbell was ever rung. Day 2 the online system stated 'delayed' one hour after the suggested delivery window with no messages from ukmail about this. there is no direct contact number on the website and only automated email replies to queries. day 3 I eventually got hold of someone and they said delivery would not be possible for 2 working days. I ended up going to the depot to pick it up.

I have just recieved my fab new chair and couldn't be happier.Puji are a pleasure to deal with and a special thanks to Jimmy who organised shipping to Ireland for me.

This is the first time I have traded with this Company. I found them quick to answer my questions by email and over the phone. The product was competitively priced, arrived very quickly (I ordered Xmas week). It came well packaged and was as described/the picture online. Will definitely use the Company again.

Excellent range and bespoke service is hugely valuable to modify dimensions of existing products and very competitively priced. Delivery very good and exceedingly courteous. Very easy to deal with this company and communications very good - unlike some similar but pricier high street alternatives.

We loved the look of the teak TV units on Puji.com but required a slightly smaller size for our living area. Puji were able to supply a bespoke unit to our exact requirements for the same price as the standard sizes.

The unit arrived on time, just before Christmas, as promised. The communication was excellent throughout. We are delighted with the furniture - it is unique, looks beautiful and is clearly built to last.

Quick delivery, and wonderful clock. Described accurate on website. The only slight thing was that there was a small dent in the clock but managed to bang it out.

The items are very poorly finished (bearing in mind they are not cheap) and the wood looks dry and unpolished. To make matters worse, the delivery was disorganised and poor. I intend to return the products.
